A great find

Pros: Aicha the owner was amazing. Helped us find our bearings in the city and gave us great advice on where to go, what to do and the do's and don'ts of the city. The Riad was nice and as expected. A good find for the price.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful. The host was very helpful and it felt like we had been welcomed into her home. The peaceful riad was great to relax in after the business of Marrakech. We loved staying in this location in the Medina as it took us a bit away from the most popular area with tourists and let us experience local food markets. It was wonderful.

Cons: Nothing. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here when we return to Marrakech. We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our trip and returned for a night before we flew home. We are already planning our next trip as we loved our first adventure in Morocco.

Excellent tast of real Morocco.

Pros: Aicha was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for her. We loved the breakfast in the courtyard with selection of local products and excellent Moroccan coffee! The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely hot shower and fresh warm bedding, although we did have to find a blanket for the cool nights when we stayed.

Cons: Little bit tricky to find after getting dropped off by taxi but we could have called the host to meet us and I’m sure she would have helped us.

Worth it

Pros: The accommodation is lovely, peaceful, and full of traditional charm. I highly recommend it 🥰🥰🥰 The host is an amazing lady—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I would happily return anytime. She also gave us lots of useful advice, which made our stay even better.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and did anything to help out where they can! Aicha and Abdul Raheem were just like family! Was great staying in a traditional Riad. They really go above and beyond in helping everyone wherever they can.

Pros: We liked the fact that we were staying in an authentic Riad which felt like a family home. The beds were comfortable and there was always hot water. Our hostess Aicha was what made the holiday so special. She looked after us so well and was kind and generous and genuinely wanted us to have the best time in her country. The Riad is a 25 minute walk from the main square but it is outside the main tourist areas and filled with sights you would never see if you were to stay in a bland hotel in the new town. The medina is fascinating and being located just near one of the gateways it was perfect for being picked up to go on the many tours on offer. Aicha was always available to book taxis for us at sensible prices.

Cons: The Riad is geared for sunny weather which is the norm even in December but we were unlucky and the rain and some rather cold days made it hard work for Aicha as eating outside is the norm here. But she always found a solution for us - really she is a star!

Pros: This accommodation has the best hospitality we have ever experienced. They are easy to contact and serves us with heart. They also give direction, advice and safety tips to explore the medina. The riad location is not exactly the same as google maps, it is one small alley away, but they are ready to pick up and bring us to their property. We arrived in a rainy night with a toddler with us, but it was easy because of their help. The area is comfortable and quite, not a tourist area. To go to all tourist areas and destinations, we need to pass a traditional market full of locals doing their daily activities. It is an authentic experience that we like more than walking around the souk. Cleanliness and facilities meet the standard and are comfortable enough. Their breakfast is also soooo goooood.

Pros: Very friendly staff, that were always accommodating and happy to help with anything from guide bookings to last minute return boarding pass printing. Very comfortable beds and clean environment.
