A welcome haven in the chaos of the city

Pros: The superlative service from Abdell and Issam. I've never experienced customer service like it. Fabulous central location yet a haven in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented room. Highly recommended. Order lunch or dinner at least once. It'll be some of the best food you have in the area. Breakfast is varied daily and is delicious.

Cons: Nothing about the hotel we didn't like.

Perfect Riad!!!

Pros: Perfect Riad, in everything!!! Very clean, beautiful, friendly, comfortable, location… the host Abdell was amazing! Every time he asks how we are and he is willing to help in everything we need. Definitely, We would come back here for sure!!!

Over expectations

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very kind hosts ( night and day shift ), helping you with everything. Location was very good, even it's not in the heart of the city, but the area is very quiet and safe! You can walk easily to the main square of the city; you don't need a taxi for that. Just ask hosts for recommendations, and they will help you 100% .

Fantastic stay in this Riad

Pros: We first stayed 4 nights here, then we were 4 nights in Essaouria and then returned for 2 nights in this Riad. We had a great stay in a Suite Delux. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a heater in the room. It was a great advantage as it was cold in Marrakech in January 2026. The whole Riad was very clean and tastefully decorated. The terrace with the small pool was great for relaxing. What made the stay extra special were the people who worked there. They were so helpful, so we felt very well looked after. The location on the edge of the medina was perfect. The breakfast was rich and good. This Riad can be highly recommended.

A great choice for a morrocan riad.

Pros: The riad was very clean and well-kept. Ticked away from the noisy and busy streets, it is perfect to relax but also reach the main attractions on foot. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Cons: We went at the end of January and it was a bit cold even with the heating on.

Pros: Exceptionally kind and helpful staff, very clean, beautifully decorated, nice rooftop, very delicious food, good breakfast.

Cons: We visited during January and the weather was on the cold side so make sure to pack warm clothes.

Wonderful stay - lovely staff and great food. Highly recommended

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here - the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They had great recommendations and we loved the hammam they booked for us. The food was delicious - we ate dinner here both nights and loved the food. The hotel was very clean and the rooms was lovely. The location is great - easy to walk everywhere but a bit away from most hectic parts of the city. Thank you for having us!
