Very nice, but ask for a room on the upper floor
Pros: great location! We stayed 3 nights. the first 2 nights, we had a very small room on the bottom floor, which had no natural light as if you opened the window you were literally in front of anyone staying in the riad and having breakfast. The last night we were on the top floor and WOW! the room was so so pretty, big and very luminous. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub and it had natural light coming in as well as the sound of birds in the morning. Overall a good stay, but if i had to stay in the first room again i wouldn't, as it's not worth the price. If you want to fully enjoy your stay, make sure you ask for a 1st floor room and you'll have an amazing experience!

Pros: Great location, lovely staff, tasty breakfast, great coffe and tea. Original Riad location
Cons: Language barrier with the host. Unfortunate timing, construction on location for the top floor. Hot water not running all the time (might be just city specific issue, can't compare)

Felt like home from home.
Pros: Genuinely friendly staff and owner, wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location right in the heart of the Medina, allowing us to make the most of our stay. Amazing Moroccan breakfast, served at a time to suit us (unlike the rigid routines of British B&Bs), rooms cleaned and towels replaced everyday (none of the ‘save the environment’ cost-cutting of hotels).
Cons: Nothing to dislike - we were the first guests to use that particular room probably after a refurbish so on the first day there was an ‘unfinished’ feel (sawdust on wardrobe shelves, missing seating furniture etc.) but rapidly rectified on flagging up.

Great place to stay at the very heart of the Medina in Marrakech
Pros: A very nice, comfortable riad located close to Jemaa El Fna Square. The rooms are cozy and clean, equipped with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Simple, tasty breakfasts are served on a beautiful open-air patio. You can request breakfast at any time, but if you want it early in the morning, it is worth reminding the hosts the day before. Oh, and to find the right door, I had to ask a passer-by :)
Cons: The windows from the room lead to the patio and are protected only with wooden shutters (no glass windows). Since the courtyard is open, on cooler, rainy days, the rooms may be not so warm and a bit humid. In addition, it can sometimes be noisy, as you can clearly hear the buzz and conversations of other guests and hosts.

Great Location and very nice staff
Pros: Locations is great. The host is nice. Its facilities are very basic but good. It had heating so that’s big plus. They were very flexible with breakfast time.
Cons: Shower holder would be nice. A curtain on shower cabinet would be nice to avoid leakage of water.

Pros: As in many riads in Marrakech, the price is very compromised for what you get. Our room was extremely small. I rate it with 8 only because the lady was very nice and prepped early breakfast for us (we had to leave at 7.30am)
