Pros: An exceptional stay in the heart of Marrakech! The riad is perfectly located, just a few steps from Jemaa el-Fna square, making it ideal for exploring the Medina. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Layla and the entire team were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They responded to every request with genuine care and professionalism, making us feel truly at home throughout our stay. Thank you all so much for the wonderful hospitality. location, location
Pros: location. It was in the old city and only 2 minutes to the souks or restaurants or where tour started. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: breakfast was limited. A selection of breads and spreads with weak coffee and mint tea. I purchased fruit and yoghurt locally and kept in their fridge and had my own tea bags.

Highly recommended Riad, with fantastic position and staff!
Pros: Staying in a Riad in Marrakech is a must to do. You are close to everything and you can really feel the atmosphere. Riad Azra was fantastic, with a familiar ambient and cozy rooms. Staff was fantastic, always ready to help, at any time of the day and night. Special thanks to Khalid who provided us breakfast even when too early for that and helped us to navigate the city!
Cons: Mattress are quite hard. Don't get me wrong, i slept wonderfully, but i can understand that for someone are too hard.

Pros: The room was very clean and quiet even if it is in a very central place of Marrakesh. Anyway, the very best of Riad Azra are the people of the staff: Khalid, Layla and Fatima at the front desk are always very helpful in assisting you even before being actually there. Feel free to ask them for any need: they will give you good advises. Breakfast is excellent, the classic Moroccan ftour: home-made cakes, fresh orange juice, honey, olives, jam and local specialties, like the baghrir and the semmen. You will never have the same breakfast twice: there is always something new to taste.

Pros: Overall the best Riad that I stayed in during my entire visit to Morocco. The location is central, the room was big and clean.
Cons: Friendly staff, but their English was not good.

Pros: Amazing hospitality, accomodating our every need (e.g. early take away breakfast on our last day). Super friendly, especially Khalid. The room itself was small but functional and clean, the architecture of the road a very nice combination of traditional and modern. Good breakfast on the nice rooftop
Cons: Small detail but the room could use some more hooks or hangers

A little gem
Pros: A gem of a Riad tucked away but in the heart of the medina. Could not have been a more perfect location. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was nice with very comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay better than we could have wished for. Hope to see you again Jo and Bee x

Beautiful stay with friendly staff very close to the main square
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly! They made sure we had everything we needed. Khalid was really helpful giving us tips of what to do in the city and taking good care of us. The breakfast and pool were a really nice plus as well! The double room with private bathroom was very spacious and the AC worked nicely, giving us a nice scape from the extreme heat in Marrakesh. The location is perfect, a 3 min walk to the main square. Really recommend this riad! One of the best Booking experiences we've had so far. A perfect goodbye to our amazing trip to Morocco :)

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

A warm, welcoming stay in a beautifully kept Riyadh with exceptional comfort and hospitality.
Pros: I recently stayed at Riyadh Azra in Marrakech and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warmth and hospitality really made the stay special. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the medina. One particular highlight was the mattress—firm, supportive, and exceptionally comfortable, making for a fantastic night’s sleep every night. The location is also ideal, tucked away just enough to feel serene, yet close to everything you’d want to see and explore in Marrakech. All in all, I’d find it very hard to fault Riyadh Azra. It’s a place I’d highly recommend and would gladly return to on a future visit.
Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like the location—on the contrary, it’s actually a great spot once you find it. But I would definitely recommend planning your route in advance before arriving, especially if it’s your first time in the Medina. To reach Riyadh Azra, you go down a narrow street and then deeper into another small lane, which can be a little tricky to navigate at first. The Medina itself is a very busy, stimulating, and sometimes overwhelming place, especially on arrival. That said, this isn’t a fault of the Riyadh at all—just a tip for future guests to help make arrival smoother.
