Pros: young man at reception was really helpful,food was nice,location great,nice terrace by city wall ,pay parking apposite side of road,

Cons: adress can be more explained,needed bigger signfor place,if u driving u have to take ur car all the way to exit gate thats where this place is located,

Pros: I had an amazing stay here. The location was great and the room was nice and clean. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooftop breakfast and view were amazing. I'll definitely come back again

Cons: The toilets don't have a bidet so you might have to buy a portable one just like i did (this is a personal preference tho).

Fantastic stay, wonderful staff who could not do enough to help when needed

Pros: We had breakfast, and this was a bonus! Our room for sufficient for two people, it was clean and warm (as winter was setting in). The property is small, making it friendly with a lovely roof terrace for breakfast and to chill out. I arrived there not feeling very well from a previous stay in another area, and they went out of their way to help me, making me hot drinks etc. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

Pros: Staff at Winarouze were very helpful and kind. Fahad and Sherzad were always there to guide us and help out. Very trusted people and I really respect and appreciate this. I will be staying at Winarouze house again for my next visit.

Good location, good price

Pros: The staff were friendly, they couldn't do enough for you, and nothing was rushed, the rooftop terrace was lovely and breezy on a warm night, nice breakfast, air conditioned room was brilliant, good location

Cons: It would have been nice to have a window in the room, but that is due to it being on the perimeter of the wall so couldn't really be helped. A chair in the room would have been handy
