Riad Banatti

Pros: Very freindly personal! Helpful! I would stay there again when i am going to visit Marrakesch again.

Cons: Location was a bit bothered. It is quite place but not so much around specially to eat something.

Pros: Everything was very good , the breakfast can be slightly better . But we were very happy. And the staff is excellent.

Pros: The staff has been awesome!!! The breakfast was amazing and really tasty!! If you take it around 10.30 Am No need to get a lunch! Usëin, Mohamed and all staffs around really kind and helpful, thanks you so much for all your little attentions! The Riad was really clean as well!

Excellent and relaxing

Pros: I stayed with my 2 daughters for 3 nights and I can say that it was a headache free trip and one big factor was the Riad. We were so comfortable and well taken cared of by Mahamad. We will definitely stay here again

Pros: Plentiful and delicious breakfast, served with a smile in delightful surroundings.

Cons: It was quite a trek from the centre of town. Wifi not working whilst we were there (although it was fixed an hour before we left...)

Gorgeous Riad

Pros: We had a gorgeous stay in Riad Banatti. It was such a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Its walking distance from the start if a main souk (~15 min). The rooms were lovely and clean and the overall decor of the RIAD was stunning. The staff were extremely accommodating, particular thanks to Hussein who couldn’t have done more for us and for all the Moroccan tea!!

Pros: Hussain and the young boy I believe his name was Mohammed were both really lovely and welcoming. The lady that helps in the kitchen was also really lovely. The Riad itself is really beutiful and well kept and the staff were always at hand to make things more comfortable.

Cons: Location is not the greatest and if you are a solo female traveller or someone with family who has not experienced travelling to certain neighbourhoods that involves walking through dark alleys can be quite daunting. Travelling with young children can be challenging when it comes to finding suitable food nearby. Many of the local food outlets do not meet the hygiene standards that most tourists would expect, and they are often makeshift eateries rather than places where you would feel comfortable sitting down to dine. Food options in the immediate area are quite limited, so unless you eat at the riad or make the effort to travel out to a proper restaurant, it can be difficult—especially when children want to eat at specific times.

I would recommend this riad to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and a team who truly cares about their guests.

Pros: From the moment I stepped into this riad, I felt as though I’d been welcomed into a friend’s home rather than just checking into a hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Every little detail — from the mint tea on arrival — made me feel valued as a guest. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and homemade jams served by the pool side. The service was unhurried yet efficient, allowing me to relax and savor the moment.

Cons: Nothing atall

A small and friendly Riad.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Small but perfectly formed Riad. Tasty and generous breakfasts. Lovely and clean. Nice plunge pool and sun terrace. Inside the Medina but a hidden away gem.. You can walk where you need to go. An enjoyable stay.

Cons: Would have preferred a bigger double bed, softer bed. Plus, it's at the north edge and therefore a bit of a walk into some of the top tourist areas. However, all very doable and great to experience life in the Medina.

The best thing was the hospitality and amazing place and such good value, could never eat that much.

Pros: The Riad was amazing, large room for four. Beautiful roof terrace and the hosts were amazing. Did everything you asked and above. We had dinner at the hotel and it was incredible, breakfast was lovely with an awesome variety of bread, coffee, fruit and the best jam ever. Rooms cleaned to such a high standard. Nothing too much trouble. Evening meal was fantastic. I am not good in cold water but my friends loved the pool. Air conditioning in room, dark rooms.

Cons: The property is a little way out, so ask them to sort out a taxi. Then you can be sure you will get a good deal. Local neighbourhood very traditional but always felt safe and nice to be away from them drama.
