Great adventure,good location,trips we booked independently, the hot air balloon ex[erience was fab!

Pros: Great host, could not be more helpful in accommodating us, good location just outside the medina, nice and clean.

Cons: Found it really difficult to find, although we did telephone and host was helpful, you need to use google maps as apple maps had a lost for over an hour in the medina in the beginning, suggest perhaps putting apple maps on a link for visitors and check you have phone coverage for this country before you depart

Pros: Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and fresh. We would be happy to come back again.

Pros: The staff is exceptional, everyone made me feel welcome and were very ready to help. I needed to keep the luggage somewhere on the day of departure and Amin helped me with that. The Riad is clean and comfortable. At the same time the entrance could be a bit tricky to find. Note that the taxi can't bring you to the entrance, so you will have to walk last few meters of the way.

Pros: It was a very beautiful riad in the central location of Medina. We especially liked tasty breakfast. Youssef was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed :) i recommend it for everyone

Pros: A special thank you to Youssef, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and always took the time to offer great advice and assistance whenever we needed it. His hospitality truly made a difference and made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco and would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay, strongly recommend if you are looking for old city vibes

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right within the old walled city of Marrakech, giving easy access to historical sights, local shops, numerous food outlets, and readily available taxis. The staff were outstanding; polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the manager, Youssef, who is a remarkable individual and truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers great value for money, with very spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast that adds to the overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Cons: Navigating to the hotel first time could be a bit challenging as the taxi would drop you off about 300 meters short of the location (because of narrow roads in the old city). I’d suggest that you inform of your arrival time to the Manager to be picked up and don’t ask random locals to find you the exact location who are looking for heavy tios for the simplest questions asked

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was like staying in mini palace. I didn’t want to leave my room, it was a piece of art.

Cons: Nothing I can think off.

Pros: Very nice riad, kind and helpful host, beautiful terrace. Very rich breakfast. Mint tea and sweet as a welcome, bottled water in the room. The stay exceeded my expectations in this price range.

Cons: The map of the route to the riad sent by the host is not suitable for individual transport without a guide and leads through streets that may not be safe, especially at night. A more suitable route is a taxi to Rue Sidi ben Slimane (there is a taxi stand there) or a bus to Rue Riad Laarous and then a short walk.

Peaceful stay

Pros: The host Yusuf was such a lovely person. He was really helpful and friendly. We liked the location and the room was nice and spacious

Cons: The room we stayed in could have done with a mirror so it was easier for us to get ready!
