Pros: Our stay at the Riad Zahri 18 in Marrakech was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They were always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed, making our experience smooth and relaxing. The food was exceptional — every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of rich Moroccan flavors. Breakfast on the terrace was a particular highlight, with a variety of local specialties that made each morning. The location of the riad was perfect. Nestled in the heart of the medina in Marrakech, it offered an authentic atmosphere while still being a peaceful oasis away from the busy streets. We could easily explore the main attractions and then return to a calm, beautifully designed space to unwind. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. We truly hope to return one day!

Cons: The riad is not easy to find as Google maps does not navigate up to the door due to very narrow paths.

Pros: L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità, colazione e serate in terrazza con tè e datteri. Molto disponibili per ogni richiesta, acquisto SIM, prenotazione taxi ecc.

Cons: Essendo un Riad non ho da segnalare niente

Riad très bien situé et personnel aux petits soins

Pros: L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. La terrasse. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons: Sdb humide. Équipement dans la chambre minimal.

Un tuffo nello stile di vita marocchino.

Pros: La struttura era molto suggestiva e richiamava molto lo stile marocchino che ci si aspetta da un riad. L'aria comune dove fare colazione era confortevole e con un lucernario da dove poteva entrare della luce naturale. Faceva ancora freddo per fare colazione in terrazza, ma dopo la colazione era piacevole recarsi nella terrazza e poter ascoltare gli uccellini. Una cosa che ci ha molto colpito è il silenzio, un fattore da non sottovalutare per una città come Marrakech. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella collocazione del Riad , i proprietari erano molto disponibili quando abbiamo avuto delle richieste e fornirci tutte le informazioni sottolineando che parlavano più lingue che ha reso molto fluida la conversazione con loro.

Cons: Nel complesso non abbiamo nessun commento negativo sulla struttura, ripeto, ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo la struttura. Al termine del viaggio abbiamo suggerito di apportare qualche miglioramento per aumentare l'esperienza complessiva come l'indicazione del riad per essere trovato più facilmente.

Pros: Sehr schönes Riad. Inhaber sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und bemüht. Nette Dachterrasse, top Frühstück und zu Fuß sehr gut zum Zentrum gelegen. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Io e altre 3 amiche bbiamo soggiornato al Riad Zahri 18, nella splendida Medina di Marrakech, per 4 notti, e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La pulizia è ottima, ogni angolo del riad è curato e ordinato. La colazione era deliziosa, con varietà di sapori e l’immancabile the alla menta. Un giorno avevamo bisogno di una colazione da asporto alle 7 del mattino, molto prima dell’orario normale, e il ragazzo, Hamo, è stato gentilissimo, preparandoci qualcosa senza problemi. In generale, il personale è stato sempre disponibile, accompagnandoci in piccoli tragitti, per aiutarci con la sicurezza della Medina. Si preoccupavano sempre dei nostri orari, ci aiutavano a sentirci sicure e a nostro agio. Un’esperienza davvero fantastica, consigliatissimo!

Pros: El desayuno fue lo que más nos gustó, es delicioso y el servicio y la ayuda de Hamoo fue excepcional. Es una persona muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento! El Riad es céntrico, andando es muy cerca a todo, te sientes en casa ppr que es muy acogedor. Gracias por todo Hamo, estamos muy agradecidas por todo. no dudes en reservar aquí.
