Riad CK Medina

Coline and her staff ensured that we had an exceptional holiday.

Pros: The property was ideally situated in The Medina which meant that you were immersed immediately in the unique vibrancy and soul of Marrakesh. The property was exceptionally pristine and due to the size of the riad you received a caring, interested and personal welcome. Coline and all of the personnel were exceptionally warm, friendly and went out of their way to inform us about navigating around The Medina. The breakfast was a real Moroccan treat every morning. Delicious.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Pros: Stunning riad in the heart of the medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms, common spaces, dining area were kept to an excellent level of cleanliness. Coline was ever present to answer any questions and offer recommendations for our stay. Overall, an excellent stay!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Thoughtful experience in hidden gem

Pros: The property was welcoming, clean and good location. Lovely little terrace to relax and have breakfast on. It was also very quiet in the neighbourhood but centrally located. Staff were attentive, thoughtful and helpful. Thank you so much.

Cons: We had an issue with our room where some plaster came off the wall a leak occurred from the cooler. This was rectified quickly when reported and staff were apologetic. Some extra tlc could go a long way We had a room near the stairs so every morning or late at night you could hear the banging of luggage going up and down. It is echoey due to the internal courtyard.

Highly recommended for a lovely stay in a great part of the Medina

Pros: I loved my stay in CK Medina, it was so comfortable, stylish and all staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious,I had a great shower and comfy bed. The Riad is well located in the Medina, in the northern part where it's a bit calmer and more contemporary, near the Secret Garden and some lovely restaurants/cafes. Coline is extremely helpful and is always on hand for questions and suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Nothing.. it was all excellent.

Pros: Beautiful Riad in the heart of the medina. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The roof top area is such a brilliant spot to escape the busy-ness of the streets if you need to. Breakfast was perfect too!

Pros: Right in the centre. Great locations. Great authentic Riad. Staff couldn't do enough. So helpful.

A fab Riad in the heart of the medina.

Pros: The Riad exceeded our expectations. It was an oasis of calm in the medina. slept really well , rooms comfortable. The breakfast was good with a mix of Moroccan breakfast items, served with a smile. We really enjoyed the cookery and staff was genuinely invested in helping us to have a great experience. Colina and her staff went above and beyond!

Pros: Absolutely amazing Riad. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive and the location is right in the middle of the Medina. The host Coline was the most helpful, hospitable and welcoming person I've ever met. No request was too much effort

Loved it and we want to go back

Pros: We loved our stay at Riad CK Medina. Coline and her staff were lovely, helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved the rooftop in particular but the whole Riad is beautifully presented. The rooms are really nicely done. It is a fantastic place to stay - really central and easy to get to everything and a safe area. They offer an excellent breakfast which we had on the rooftop. We also had dinner in one night and the food was amazing, so tasty. We will try to cook the recipes at home. Coline booked a taxi transfer from the airport for us which includes a guide from the taxi which stops outside the medina gate through the souk to the riad - so useful on day one. She also helped us to arrange a private tour into the Atlas Mountains, which was a great day. We are currently planning on returning every October! Loved it
