Pros: The interior of the Riad is stunning and very comfortable. Love the sitting room and the roof top. Everything is perfect including the breakfast service and the lady who cooked the breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Love the breakfast that she cooked.

Cons: The check in process is really confusing, first of all the address on BOOKING.COM is wrong so I ended up getting lost. I had to use Google Map to search for the Riad name and got to the hotel. On BOOKING.COM it says check in time from 16:00, trying to contact the representative but no respond, until almost 16:30 then I got a reply but apparently they don’t have the key and said it will take no more than 10 mins to get the key. It ends up I had to chase up until 17:45 before I can check in to the place. Also they will chase for the extra tourist tax for 2.5 Euro per person per day, which other hotels included as part of the final price, but Riad Macan charged as extra

Pros: Everything in general is outstanding and big thanks to aziza for her fabulous service any time . I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the city Everything is close by.

Exceeded our expectations, great value for money, lovely Riad

Pros: The location was perfect, although a little difficult to find at the start. Only a few minutes walk from the main Medina, close to a large selection of restaurants and bars. Quiet location, well lit and felt very safe. Riad was very clean and cool, beds and pillows very comfortable, we all slept very well. Breakfast was a delight and just what we needed.

Cons: Furniture on the roof terrace could have been more comfortable.

A super convenient Medina stay.

Pros: Riad Al Macan is a very conveniently located 2 storey house just off the main street leading to the Medina. This is huge since it was very easy access, no help was required to find our way in and out. The rooms were comfortable but like most riads , require sturdy legs to negotiate the stairs. 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the terrace, a spacious sitting and dining area with a kitchen. The breakfast was Moroccan meets continental and Sanaa was a very efficient and pleasant lady who made the breakfast and beds. All communication with the Riad was concise and our queries were attended to promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Cons: The stairs were a tad tiring. While most Riads are similar not having a toilet on the ground floor meant more climbing.

Pros: really liked the interior, breakfast, very clean, spacious, perfect location, safe.

Sana who made our breakfast was nice to talk to .

Pros: Location is very close to the Medina which we liked . Breakfast was good .

Cons: There was no shampoo in our room , more toilet rolls to be provided .
