Great location and helpful staff.

Pros: The property was clean and tranquil. The staff, Mohammed and Abdul, were professional yet friendly.

Cons: EvI'm unsure if it’s Riad’s policy or not—we couldn’t open the window in our room because it was sealed. Rather than that our stay was great

Pros: The inside was beautiful. Very modernised road with plenty of communal space inside and on the terrace

Cons: An iron was not included in the stay and I was informed it would cost extra. Considering what I paid for the stay, I found this disappointing Quite central depending on where you intend to visit. About 15 minutes walk to the medina souks which leads to the main square which can take in total 30 minutes walk or so

Great location and great facility. Lovely breakfast.

Pros: Great location. Easy to find. Signs everywhere in Medina for directions. Staff very helpful and give you tips about anything. Beyond just a usual receptionist. Riad has only 5 numbers, it gives you that boutique feeling. Breakfast great. Kettle inside the room for evening tea. Rooftop with swimming pool- was our favourite. We were very happy there. Felt like our little holiday home. Thank you to all staff for their smiles every day and being so mice and helpful.

Pros: I liked it everything about it, from the staff, facilities, I don't have anything wrong to say about the Riad.

Cons: Nothing negative to say.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Pros: Muhammed and Abdul were very helpful and friendly, and made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons: It was quite a walk to the restaurants down narrow roads full of motorbikes speeding.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Location not in touristic area, local but still easy to reach. Modern yet authentic riad. Left like it was our private riad, small number of rooms. Nice rooftop pool.

Cons: Could have put a bottle of water in our room, at least the first day.

Cons: The location was a bit hard to find. Having said that, I am very bad at directions.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Riad had excellent facilities including a pool, the breakfasts were amazing. It is a bit out from the centre of the Medina, but still easy to walk everywhere and near to pick-up points for excursions
