Peaceful oasis in a busy city
Pros: Very beautiful aesthetic, rooms with character and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great, and the welcome mint tea was a lovely touch. We were sad to leave!

Overall, I enjoyed the stay
Pros: Very green inner yard, full of palms and plants! Very friendly staff, refreshing pool. Decent SPA, very convenient to have it in the same building.
Cons: Quite hard to find, but once local kids help you to find it for the first time, you’ll be alright. Eggs for breakfast are for extra charge, first time I see it in Morocco. Initially, we got a very small room which didn’t look like the one we booked but after complaints they switched it to a better one for free :) On the ground floor, the central system is used for AC, it’s quite old and stinks, but we just opened windows and it was fine.

A haven amongst the chaos outside the riad.
Pros: Beautiful rooms and surroundings. The staff were attentive down to the last detail. The food was excellent, especially breakfast each morning.
Cons: As tap water isn’t drinkable it would have been good to have a fresh bottle of water placed in the room each day.

An oasis of calm
Pros: The hotel is beautiful with attractive Moroccan furniture and it's very nicely decorated, with a delightful patio full of vegetation. The suites are much more spacious, so if you can afford one, take it. We had a standard room downstairs, and though it was nicely decorated, it was quite small and very dark. Our friends had a suite upstairs, and it was very lovely. I let them know I was celiac and asked if it were possible they have some kind of gluten-free breakfast for me, and they were marvelous- I had various different homemade breads and sweet breads made specially for me and served every breakfast. Thank you all working in the kitchen. The food is excellent and the restaurant charming.
Cons: One thing I didn't like was they only give you a bottle of water the day you arrive and if one is staying various more nights one isn't given any more- one must pay for them, and considering the price one is paying for the room I don't find that correct. And there is no electric jug in the room, so there is no option of getting oneself a cup of tea or coffee - if one is on the upper floor, one must walk down all the stairs to order some tea or whatever.

Great Rhiad to stay to explore Marrakesh- would use again
Pros: Great Rhiad to north of Medina, inside city walls. Breakfast and dinner were great - we ate there every night. Very attentive staff. Some beautiful spaces - a bar, a library, a terrace and an outside dining area - to enjoy.
Cons: As it is to north of Medina, you will need to walk through Medina to find other restaurants, or get a taxi.

Short but wonderful stay
Pros: The Riad is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The central garden area is stunning, as is the roof top lounge area. The room itself was also amazing, with the feeling of staying in a grand palace. The bed was very comfortable and beddings very beautiful. The staff are welcoming, helpful and very discreet. The smell throughout is fabulous also, very relaxing and fresh. The spa facilities and treatment offered are extensive and pool facilities above expectations. We had an evening meal at the Riad and the food was way above expectations - and we are fussy eaters. The lamb tagine especially is stunning. The breakfast was very nice also - the best we had during our stay in Riads within Marrakech. All in all this riad is stunning. Definitely worth staying there a few nights.
Cons: The Riad is in the Kbour Chou area, to the north west (just inside the N8). It is slightly away from the main points of interest in central Marrakech and therefore a taxi is recommended. However, the Majorelle Gardens and St Laurent museum are in the same area.
