Great stay, great host would recommend for family stays and for mates caters for everything

Pros: Everything was perfect. Excellent customer service, excellent care, very clean rooms and very friendly hosts. Every service we received were outstanding and it really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends who decide to come and stay in Marrakesh.

Amazing location apartments

Pros: Bitty apartment is in Nour5 building about 15mins away from the airport. It has 24 hours security, very friendly security guard. Mr Badr was there to welcome us and give the key. Showed us around the apartment. Had two good size bed room, a fully equipped kitchen. Large living room, two bathroom. Ibtissam was very helpful, gave us all the details about the apartment beforehand. Location was very good. 10mins away was McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks. There was a bowling place, didn't have time to check it out. There was a amazing Indian restaurant clay oven. 15mins away. jemaa el-Fnaa was 15 min taxi ride away. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean & comfortable

Pros: The communication with the host was fast and easy. The apartement is big and very clean, you instantly feel relaxed. We couldn't find the towels and hairdryer, but the host came quickly to assist.

Cons: A bathroom shelf would have been helpful to put our stuff there, but that is a minor thing. We would book the apartement again.

Perfect stay

Pros: The location, the facilities, great for family, warm, clean

Pleasant stay despite unstable internet connection

Pros: The appartment is very nice and equiped decently to cover day to day vacation requirements for a family. It is perfectly located and closed to all key areas of Marrakech.

Cons: The internet connection was instable and completely out during last 2 days of our stay.. Which means a disconnect not only to mobile phone applications BUT also to Television. I strongly recommend (my lessons lerned) to Customers to be prepared by an alternative in case internet is necessary (for my case i needed to use it for my job and as a divertissement/TV for my Kids) and not fully trust that this will be solved (Feedback received: disconnect and connect again, recurring issue in the Building that will be solved soon, invoice of the internet already paid, keep me updated once the connection is back, etc).

Pros: - Ibtissam took care of all the check-in formalities prior to our arrival and met us to hand us the keys to the apartmen - The apartment was clean, with two separate air conditioners in the bedroom and living room.

Cons: - Very slow Wi-Fi - It would be nice to get more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days.

Pros: The apartment is super nice, very clean well equipped, in front of the train station and near to the most famous places in merrakch centre, and the apartment honours are very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend it, and definitely I will come back again.

A happy and enjoyable stay at Al Nour Gueliz in a lovely place with kind and amazing people .

Pros: On arrival we were delighted to see that the property was even better than the photos and description . Beautifully decorated and immaculate, very clean with all bedding and linen, towels washed and ready to use . The bathrooms and shower were clean &pleasant to use. We were grateful for the ac in the bedrooms as our children have medical needs and need to be cool. The kitchen had all equipment clean and ready to use . The living room was comfortable and sofa was very comfy to relax on . My children were happy and very relaxed . The security staff outside were so kind and helpful . We felt like we’re with relatives and not on holiday alone . The pool was lovely and my little boy enjoyed it . The lift is available for use if neccessary .our stay was very enjoyable and we are so happy and will visit again soon . Our host remained in touch and was always available to help if we called him .

Cons: We didn’t mind anything

Pros: The apartment was so beautiful really clean. Was close to the menara mall and all.the food places 😋. It was really easy to get around we could walk to the macdonalds and the main guliez area. My children absolutely loved the apartment We was so happy. They have a swimming pool which is really big and clean. Ideal for hot weather.
