Pros: La situation géographique Les équipements dans l'appartement La disponibilité de la gestionnaire/propriétaire

Cons: Le chauffage qui n'est pas bien dimensionné pour l'appartement. Le climatiseur de la deuxième chambre n'a pas l'option chauffage.
