Pros: Appartement moderne, spacieux avec de beaux matériaux. Appartement très propre et qui sent bon à notre arrivé. Gardiens 24/24 devant l’entrée de l’immeuble qui vous ouvre la porte. Gardien dans le parking. Toutes les informations ont été envoyées sur whattsap la veille (comment utiliser le badge, photo de l’entrée de l’immeuble pour ne pas se tromper, code wifi…). Adil le propriétaire est super, il est très accessible et aimable, il répond très vite aux appels ou aux vocaux. Partie commune bien entretenue, même la piscine malgrès que ce ne soit pas la saison de baignade et un gardien est là pour surveiller les courageux qui souhaitent se baigner.

Cons: Des petites choses minime au vu de la qualité de l’appartement. Il manque des tables de chevet dans la chambre principal. Il faudrait un iptv sur la tv.
