Résidence Assiyahia avec piscine Marrakech

Pros: Quiet location away from hustle of the Medina. Easy to get cheap taxi into the old town (£8). 3 swimming pools (one for smaller children, one for older kids/adults and one quiet pool for lengths). Apartment good size, kitchen with all facilities and a beautiful sun terrace. Close to small shops, restaurants and cafes. Supermarket taxi ride away (10mins).

Great host, comfortable stay, good value for money!!

Pros: It is located in a safe gated residential community with super markets and restaurants on your doorstep. Taxi is also readily available at the complex entrance. Great location and facilities. The host was exceptionally good. He was respectful and very helpful, he even arranged our airport transfers for us. I must say it’s exceptional value for money.

Cons: Every thing was great.

Amazing

Pros: The property was amazing for me and my group of friends. The landlord sorted out our transport from the airport and took us to the property. Even when we needed an extra fan cause the heat was getting to us the landlord came through and got us a new fan the very next day.

Cons: Nothing, there was a leak in the toilet, but the landlord sent over a plumber and got it sorted the very same day.

Pros: The apartment was clean Nice location Swimming pool nearby Authentic

Cons: Was challenging to find. The security team couldn't give us direction also

Clean, convenient, pool and good value for money

Pros: The location was a short 10 minute taxi ride (100 dirham or £8) to nearby hotspots and attractions or 40 min walk. The apartment was in a gated complex which made you feel safe and there were a few places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. My room had a roof terrace which faced the sun all day and 3 sunbeds on it.

Cons: The pool area was very narrow and not much space around for seating. The sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. But having searched before booking for an apartment with a pool near marrakech centre there was really not much choice for the budget i was on. We ended up paying £310 for 5 nights for a 3 bedroom apartment which was fantastic value

We had an amazing stay!

Pros: Myself and a group of 4 friends stayed at the property for around 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! We had no problems with the apartment whatsoever and it was in perfect condition. It was very spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. Supplies were provided to us for cleaning and cooking which were of good condition and the beds were very comfortable. There is cafés and hairdressers within the residential area as well as an area to book excursions which we made use of. To walk to the Souks it took around 30-40 mins however a taxi could take you close by in about 10 mins which is ideal as the taxis are relatively cheap. Overall, we had an excellent stay and we couldn’t recommend this apartment any more. We will definitely be booking again once we return to Marrakech!

Pros: Przestronny, dość dobrze wyposażony, czysty, bezpieczny, miejsce Parkingowe blisko apartamentu, blisko starówki 15 min piechotą, z basenu nie korzystaliśmy bo było zimno.

Cons: Części wyposażenia (np toaleta) jest już zniszczona, niektóre rzeczy warto by odnowić, bo już widać zużycie

Séjour en famille

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, tout est accessible à moins de 30 minutes de marche. Abdel s’est montré très accueillant et très disponible. Si nous revenons sur Marrakech nous choisirons cet établissement à nouveau.

Cons: Rien

Pros: Todo, a 15 min del centro. La zona muy verde, con una linda mezquita y restaurantes y supermercados y servicios de taxi. Muchos gatos cariñosos y el propietario estuvo siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien 👌

Cons: Todo me gustó

Pros: Tem uma excelente relação qualidade preço, não estando dentro da medina é fácil ir a pé a qualquer lado
