Great Riad to venture in Marrakech

Pros: Big Riad with everything we could ask for. Terrasse, every room had its en-suite, furnished kitchen and air conditioning in every room. It’s in a residential area, so it’s calm and really secure. Easy to park. As it’s outside the medina, it takes 5 min to access the medina and 15 for the more popular places.

Cons: There are opening hours to the shared pool which meant it was already closed when we arrived at 18:30. The aircon wasn’t working in the top room.

A pleasant stay for the cheap price

Pros: An amazing stay that was great value for the affordable price. The staff were all lovely and really helpful whenever we needed something or when we had a question. We enjoyed exploring the complex with affordable cafe and shops nearby.

Cons: We booked 4 bedrooms but the apartment only has 3 bedrooms and 1 living room (but the owner was nice about this and gave us a partial refund). 1 of the showers had low water pressure and was unusable. There isn't hot water always available for showers.

Pros: Le logement est parfait pour une famille avec ses trois chambres et ses trois salles de bain. Il est bien localisé et proche de restaurants et d'épiceries. Yasser a été très réactif et les petits-déjeuners d'Habiba étaient copieux et délicieux.

Lieu de passage très pratique !

Pros: La localisation était très bien (proximité de la Médina, de l’aéroport, des différents lieux d’excursion autour de Marrakech). Habiba et Yasser se sont rendus très disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes malgré la vague de froid à Marrakech. Le Riad est très correct, le chauffage fonctionnait et des couvertures étaient mises à notre disposition. Si vous venez au Maroc en été,il fera très frais dans ce Riad. La résidence est sécurisée et il y a des possibilités de s’y restaurer avec de la nourriture locale pour des prix très correct. L’ambiance de la CAN y était au rendez-vous !

Une residence inoubliable et chaleureuse à l'image de l'hospitalité marocaine.

Pros: Le riad est situé dans une résidence sécurisée disposant de toutes les commodités comme des restaurants, des épiceries, un coiffeur, un distributeur de billets, des agences de voyage proposant moult excursions et une profusion de taxis permettant de rallier très rapidement Marrakech. En résumé une situation exceptionnelle. Yasser et Habiba sont absolument serviables et disponibles.

Paix, propreté, sérénité.

Pros: La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte et de Habiba. Aucun problème seulement des solutions. C’était très agréable, authentique simple et serein. Merci merci à vous . Nous gardons un très bon souvenir.
