My stay was wonderful

Pros: The location Was very centrala and in a luxurious area

Cons: There was nothing I haven’t liked about the property

Impeccably located, clean and well equipped apartment in the heart of new part of Marrakech

Pros: Wafaa went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The check in was uncomplicated despite late arrival thanks to the concierge. The apartment could not be better located: smack dab in the middle of the new part of the city, however in a quiet side street – and far away from the hassle of the Medina. All imaginable amenities were included. Overall, a huge recommendation for a laid back stay in Marrakech!

Pros: The accommodation is in a perfect location – close to the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area, so everything was within reach, but we could still enjoy a calm and restful environment. The room was incredibly clean, everything was spotless and well-maintained. We felt really comfortable and welcome here. Wafaa was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for the ideal place to stay, we highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing hospitality

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment. The pictures are not showing how cosy, comfy, spacious and efficient it is. The design is very nice, making the apartment feel like home. The kitchen has all supplies needed, water heater is available, small balcony (like standing only, but good it was there!), 2 bathrooms, the bed was comfy, pillows as well, the living room was very cosy, smart tvs in both rooms. The overall building is new apparently because the facilities lowered in a good state, consiege and parking guy were very welcoming. And the locqtion is absolutely perfect! Moreover what I need to admit - its how hospitable is the host Wafaa. MashAllah she made all arrangements for check in and out so smooth, was extremely polite and welcoming. Recommended tours, rental car offices, restaurants, places to visit and spa. She is the one made me feel like hime. Highly recommend booking this apartment for a stay in Marrakech!

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Location was great. Security was always there. 30 mins walk/8mins by taxi to the centre. When we came the boiler was broken, I contacted the host and in few hours it was replaced. Host was always available.

Cons: There could be more towels available. The isolation is great but we went during Ramadan and the apartment is really nearby the mosque so you get awake by the noise around 4 in the morning. Nothing serious. We always fell asleep few seconds after that :)

I don’t give out 5 stars often but in my opinion one of the best ! And the host is simply amazing !

Great stay, excellent location.

Pros: Great safe location & lots of nice restaurants & shops just outside the apartment. Just a short walk from the train station which is handy for us as we're backpacking around Morocco. Hicham was really helpful as a host & gave us advice on restaurants to visit within the Medina & on a company to do a trip through. We ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Recommend for a stay in Marrakech & will stay again if we visit again 😀

Cons: Kitchen needed a bit of a clean when we arrived but wasn't an issue. Also only 1 big mug for tea/coffee.

Pros: Location, safeness, check-in and out very easy and quick!

this is a high-end property, at a location with convenient public transport means.

Pros: the location, it’s easy to get to various sightseeing points by public transport. it’s also in a rather high-end estate. the surrounding is comfortable. there are also local cafe restaurants that give good value for money.

Cons: I hope that a kitchen knife can be provided cos it's not convenient to cut fruits without one.
