Pros: What stood out the most about this accommodation was definitely the location and the incredibly friendly security staff and hostess. Their warm welcome and helpful attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly appreciated!

An excellent choice for a stay in Marrakech

Pros: Great location in Marrakech. Free parking worked brilliantly. Excellent communication with owner. Apartment clean, comfortable & well laid out. Shower very good. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Would have liked to have had a mattress protector on the bed. Privacy shutter missing from living room window so felt a bit exposed when backlit at night.

Pros: The rooms are very spacious and clean and although modern they preserve the unique Moroccan spirit. The location is perfect, with a shopping mall and great restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful and gave clear instructions for check-in, the concierge was the friendliest guy possible.

Pros: This apartment was very clean and cozy and in a great location! It's a bit of a walk (or you can take a cab) to the main Medina/Kasbah area, but this location is really nice with lots of restaurants and shopping. We really loved our stay here! Hachim and Wafaa were great hosts who provided very clear communication about check in and check out procedures.

Perfect stay, very comfortable apartment to enjoy Marrakech like a cool local

Pros: Simply 10/10. Wafaa offered an amazing service during my 3 nights stay where I've had the chance to experience Marrakech in a very comfortable way in the epicenter of downtown Marrakech - Gueliz. I was extremely satisfied by the cleanliness of this large and luminous one-bedroom apartment with centralized AC, an American style kitchen and a hot and pressurized shower. Yes, hands down a better experience than a five star hotel. The building is very secure and located in an open air mall with luxury shops, coffee terrasses and.. a 24h/7 McDonald's. The apartment also includes one free parking spot!

Cons: Everything was perfect! Beware not to go too often to the 24h/7 McDonald's nearby haha.
