Plaza Julianah

Central plaza. Value for money.Close to places to eat and shops for groceries. Very cosmopolita

Pros: Location is easy to access once we knew where exactly the building was. Very safe and secure. A good sized apartment with comfortable bed and living space. Aircon unit in bedroom meant room was warm. Good host and communication.

Cons: Bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. Had to clean the bathroom before using it. Washing machine was in use on arrival and was not emptied during our stay so could not use it. Water was not hot long enough for 2 people to the separate shower. Living room whilst large did not have heating during stay in December as the rainy weather made it cold. No blanket in the living room. Air con could do with a remote control as wall control panel is in living room. No prayer mat or sign for qibla so used phone and fortunately brought own travellers pray mat with us. No bathroom cleaning equipment or materials. No hand towel for kitchen. Limited crockery. Bedroom mirror could be placed by chest of drawers so can be of use rather than be decorative. A small unit in hallway would be useful by mirror as would be coat hooks as coat hanger is placed in the bedroom. Also a small dining table in the large living room would be great as was too cold to eat on small table on the balcony.

Elegant, safe and exslusiv

Pros: I have had a lovely weekend in this apartment with supreme location in Gueliz. The apartment is quite clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities . Sending a greatful Thank to Mr Fakhreddine, the host for a warm reception and fast communication during My stay. I enjoyed My coffe on the coyote balcony with the view of the beautiful mosque.I visit Marrakech frequently and would definately come back here. So if u Are looking for a elegant apartment with fashionable adress then Plaza Julianah is a must❤️

Disfrutar Marrakech con perspectiva

Pros: La ubicacion. El lugar muya agradable, seguro, con comercio cerca y camniable a la Medina y otros lugares. El departamento completo y muy agradable.

Très bel appartement parfaitement situé

Pros: La localisation est optimale, dans la partie moderne de Marrakech (Guéliz), dans un immeuble très sûr avec gardien et concierge. Toutes les curiosités de la ville sont accessibles à 20-25 mn à pied max, et l’hôte Fakhreddine est facilement joignable et arrangeant (il a permis un Check-in tardif). L’appart est spacieux avec une bonne literie, le nécessaire pour cuisiner et une machine à laver, ainsi que des dosettes de café de courtoisie.

Cons: La douche était très glissante et bouchée, avec une évacuation compliquée. A noter aussi deux pannes d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble durant la semaine.

Weekend meraviglioso.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, comoda a tutti i servizi della zona nuova di Marrakech. Ci ritorneremo decisamente.

Cons: Nulla.

Ein rundum perfekter, entspannter und herzlicher Aufenthalt - absolut 10/10

Pros: Uns hat an der Unterkunft wirklich alles gefallen: Die Lage war ideal, das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem möchten wir uns bei Fakhreddine bedanken - er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell und freundlich unterstützt. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und wir haben uns insgesamt rundum wohlgefühlt!
