Villa Dahlia

Beautiful property, great communication in a residential area

Pros: The property is very accurately shown in the photos, it is beautiful, spacious and well cared for. The garden area and pool are perfect for relaxing and there is plenty of comfortable seating and eating options inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was maintained by a very friendly man who came round regularly, agent was really helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It’s about a 20min taxi ride to the media but taxis are cheap and plentiful, there are a number of small and large supermarkets within easy distance

Cons: For us it was great in every way- the area around is still being developed (not around the house but around the streets) but this didn’t impact on our stay at all

Amazing spacious Villa with pool table and swimming pool

Pros: Nice spacious clean Villa with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely sized pool, amazing garden area to lounge around, the kitchen and living room were very big aswell as the bedrooms. Staff was amazing and accommodating. It also featured a pool table. Area had security and was secure and safe.

Cons: Should of stayed longer, definitely will rebook

Pros: The size and the decor of property. Outdoor pool and indoor pool table. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: One of the en-suite in the bedroom did not have a sink which was little awkward. The jacuzzi was not working.

Great for a relaxing holiday with friends.

Pros: The Villa dahlia had a lovely vibrent exterior. The building was very spacious and designed very well with gorgeous art on the tiles and roof, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower had very good pressure. The pool was lovely, and the TV, WiFi, was working optimally. It was very well priced and worth the money, and the owner was very helpful and informative and checked in with us through the experience 👏 truly exceptional

Cons: There was only one slight with our experience at Villa Dahlia, which was that the pool table was missing balls and chalk, and there was only one cue that appeared to be damaged at the tip. Making the table hard to play on, which was mildly upsetting. Note, for the price and house, it's self. This was not a major concern and is still worth the price and more!!

Great Place

Pros: Really nice place and very clean with all working facilities. The host is friendly and is available immediately.

It was a great stay, loved the place felt like home. Would definitely come back! Had some great memories there.

Pros: The Villa is beautiful and well decorated, it looks exactly as advertised. Maybe even better! Every room had towels and extra duvets in case it was cold. All the air cons worked too. The owner is a very nice lady who answered all questions and helped with everything we needed.

Cons: There was strong smell of sewage mainly in the room downstairs. Couches were dusty and there were lots of ants by the kitchen door. Apart from this everything was lovely.

Bardzo fajna willa na obrzeżach

Pros: Fajna willa, bardzo dużo miejsca, czysto, bardzo miła obsługa

Cons: Moze trochę już wiekowa, ale bez przesady.

Estancia tranquila , agradable y acogedora

Pros: El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos , amplio , moderno y bien amoblado perfecto para familias o grupos de amigos y es una zona muy tranquila lo cual esta muy bien para descansar del bullicio de la Medina. Esta a unos 7 km del centro , los Uber llegaban alli y costaban unos 100Dh (10€) lo cual esta muy bien. La Villa contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para la vida cotidiana, utensilios de cocina , secadores, lavadoras etc. La propietaria muy atenta e hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos en la llegada y la salida , aceptando un check out a las 5 de la mañana , ya que nuestro vuelo era a las 17. Muy recomendable ademas para la excursiones entraba en la zona de Recogida y nos recogían en el Hammam que hay enfrente. También hay una cafeteria y tiendas a 5 minutos a pie. Excelente villa si quieres visitar Marrakech y no estar en plena ciudad donde hay mucha gente y trafico

Très bon séjour

Pros: La villa correspond aux photos. Elle est au calme, dans un quartier sécurisé. Bonne literie. Spacieuse. Super accueil de la propriétaire et aucun problème au check in ou check out.

Cons: Un peu plus de vaisselle aurait été apprécié.
