Wonderful family holiday in a traditional Riad

Pros: Our family had a perfect stay at Riad Bahia. Tima is such a great host, very responsive, welcoming and helpful. She was flexible about our check in time and helpful with anything we needed. The Riad itself is very clean and beautiful with traditional furnishings and decor. It is down a quiet alley but still in the heart of the Medina, and easy walk to everywhere you would like to go.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Riad Bahia Bensaleh in Marrakesh. The location is absolutely ideal—right in the heart of the Medina, making it incredibly convenient to explore the souks, main attractions, and local restaurants, all just a short walk away. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible support from Tima, the operator. She was truly outstanding—super helpful, efficient, and always available to assist with anything we needed, from local tips to organizing transportation. Her warm and welcoming approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The riad itself is perfect for groups, with spacious rooms and plenty of communal areas to relax and spend time together. The rooftop is a dream—offering stunning panoramic views over the Medina, both during the day and at night when the city lights up. It was our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

We would stay here again, in particular due to the generosity of the amazing Tima!

Pros: Riad Bahia's contact person, Tima, was truly a key component to the success of this trip. She was available the entire time whenever we had a question or need and went out of her way to help with no expectations whatsoever. A genuinely amazing human being. The Riad is in an excellent location with access to everything! We spent every morning with coffee on the rooftop patio (we even managed to rise early one day to enjoy the sunrise (and roosters)).

Cons: The beds are quite hard and it could be cleaner.

Pros: What a stay! I must first mention how exceptionally helpful the host Tima is, she stayed in touch throughout the duration of our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Her family showed us around the riad on our arrival, and had tea and biscuits ready for us which was a lovely touch. The location of the road is superb. While it's close to the hustle and bustle of the medina, the street itself that the riad on is quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace, where we could listen to the calls to prayer, and music from Jemaa el-Fnaa, while enjoying our breakfast or evening tea. The riad was especially spacious for us, it was important to us that we booked somewhere with a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. We will certainly be in touch to stay again when we come to Marrakech next time 😊

Pros: Great time at Riad Bahia, the host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She helped us book several experiences, and when some of us were unwell, helped us with information on medicine. Extremely gracious host, and the location was in the middle of the old city that made it easy to walk and see major sites.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de todo, estábamos solas en la casa así que maravilloso, de la azotea unas vistas espectaculares, el desayuno que nos prepararon muy rico.

Cons: Muchas escaleras, falto más mantas porque hacía mucho frío y olía un poco a gato en la zona entrada, el agua costaba salir caliente luego se enfriaba muy rápido..

Een fantastisch verblijf in mooi Marrakech in een fijne Riad op een geweldige locatie met een zeer behulpzame host.

Pros: We hadden de beschikking over de gehele Riad: begane grond, eerste en tweede verdieping en heerlijk dakterras waar we de hele dag van de zon konden genieten. De eerste ochtend kregen we een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd door de familie van Tima, de fantastische host. Tima was gedurende ons verblijf voor al onze vragen beschikbaar via app-contact en heeft ons geholpen bij het boeken van excursies. De Riad heeft 2 woonkamers, een woonkeuken, 3 ruime slaapkamers een badkamer en 2 wc’s. Ruim en sfeervol ingericht. De locatie is geweldig, gelegen even naast de doorgaande weg door een leuke Souk die uitkomt op het centrale plein Djemaa El Fna. Van de drukte hadden we geen overlast. De enige geluidsoverlast kwam van vechtende katten. Restaurants zijn er in de directe omgeving in overvloed De omgeving voelt erg veilig aan.

Cons: De waterdruk was beperkt en de warmwatertemperatuur was niet heel hoog. De temperatuur daalt in de winteravonden flink, waardoor het in de Riad in de avond behoorlijk koel was.
