Apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time spent in it.

Pros: Apartment is on a very good location, quite and safe part of the town. It comfortable with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was excellent for 4 people inside. Host was very helpful and gave us necessary information and recommendation. We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech and this apartment was one of the reasons. I will recommend it. Due to part of the year we couldn't use it , but at the roof there is nice swimming pool and rooftop balcony.

Marrakesh - Guelitz apartment

Pros: Apartment is in a great location with easy walking to all sites and the Medina. Some excellent local restaurants and grocery shops. Host very helpful and responded promptly to all emails. The apartment itself, was very clean and spacious and the kitchen very well equipped for catering. The roof terrace looked great but not for us in January!!

Cons: Nothing!

Amazing stay & host

Pros: I and 3 other girls stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, which made settling in very easy and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the beginning — providing clear check-in instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had during the stay from taxi drop offs to making sure the fob worked when coming back in from nights out. It made the experience feel smooth and stress-free. We felt very safe the entire time. The building has a entrance, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, even in the evenings. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Morocco, whether for a short or long stay. It's clean, well-equipped, secure, and managed by someone who truly cares about your comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: It had everything you would need in apartment. Very clean. Lovely man on the ground floor during the day which was useful as we couldn't figure out how to use the key fob. The owner was also very good at keeping in communication with us prior to arrival to make sure we knew how to get to the apartment. He even sorted out transport for us to get to the airport when we checked out.

Best apartment for a family trip

Pros: Beautiful and comfy apartment between the train station and the Medina. Perfect for a family stay, everything is provided for the guests! The host was very kind and responsive, I highly suggest it for anyone that wants to visit Marrakech.

Pros: The host was very helpful, provided us with great tips, arranged taxis for the airport, and even printed our flight tickets. Everything was within walking distance, and there were good local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Pros: Apartment is amazing, and host Hamoud is very nice and kind. We stayed with 2 little kids and he was very attentive to them, and helped us to get to airport on time. Apartment is spacious, very clean, has all the amenities, great large balcony a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment is on 3rd floor and there’s a pool on rooftop on 5th floor, very easily accessible. Would recommend this place

Pros: The property was excellent. The air conditioning was so nice. We looked forward to coming back to the apartment to have the clean cool air welcome us. The apartment had everything you need. For example i wanted to make breakfast in the apartment and everything i needed was in arms reach. For instance teacups and saucers. There was also tea bags sugar, coffee and more. We were only there for three nights however it felt like more. We definitely felt like we were home. The room was spotless, the floor was squeaky clean, the kitchen was amazing and the fridge/freezer was huge! Additionally, my son was very happy to see Netflix and youtube on the tv. That was a bonus!

Cons: Not a big deal but it was difficult to locate the property to taxi drivers. However we did manage to find a way back safely. Additionally, a taxi driver told us to mention a nearby corner business which will make it easier to locate the property for future drop offs.

Pros: Very good property. Excellent hood district. Kind and helpful host. Perfect stay in Marrakech.

The host Hamoud was a very friendly and helpful man. He arranged our airport transfers and an evening excursion for us.

Pros: Everything you need for a great stay in a great city. Clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony and the added bonus of two bathrooms. The location is great, nearby shops for necessities and a short walk down to Jemaa el-Fnaa the main square. Pool was lovely and the roof terrace just as you see in the photos. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely use again if in Marrakech. As a side note we were an all female group of four and not once did we feel unsafe walking around this neighbourhood or back and forth to the main square/Medina.
