Résidence Jasmin 2 Marrakech Gueliz

Good location, great for 3-4 nights stay

Pros: Great location, fully working air con with heating, clean rooms, neslresso coffee machine, well equipped kitchen

Cons: Power sockets loose in the kitchen and constantly requires connecting disconnecting when changing between appliances. When asked for toilet roll was told to go and buy one 😀

Lovely stay

Pros: Everything is near you can walk to the old city. In safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is very kind.

Cons: It wasn’t very clean

Comfortable and modern flat close between Gueliz and the medina

Pros: The residence is just outside the main historic medina and very close to the centre of Gueliz. It is in a quiet street and feels very secure. The flat I stayed in (12) was very nice with a sitting area and balcony, an American kitchen, with main facilities including coffee machine and washing machine, a spacey bathroom and a bedroom. It is a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle but conveniently close to most things particularly if you don't want to be in the Medina itself. Maybe a good place to go if you are more interested in the nightlife in Gueliz. I would stay again.

Cons: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable - it probably needs a new mattress but it didn't stop me having a good sleep. The noise insulation is not ideal. It is fine if you have respectful neighbours but on the Saturday night I had a group of what I think were some Moroccan women who talked very loudly ino the early hours (maybe 3 or 4). I put some background 'sleep' music on my phone to dampen the sounds and slept well. Nonetheless, it would be good if the concierge walked through the residence at 12 or 1 and asked the noisy residents to turn down the volume. Not a massive problem and I guess a danger wherever you stay. Bring earplugs, just in case.

Très bien, je recommande sans hésitation

Pros: La résidence est très bien située pour visiter Marrakech . Environs 10 minutes à pied de la médina et des magasins de Gueliz, et environs 20 pour les jardins Majorelle. Point de départs simple aussi pour les excursions. Pour les courses : il y a des petits commerces de proximité sympa, la médina, et les carrefours market sont aussi proches. La ruelle est sécurisé et calme. La piscine est top. Il y a un ascenseur ce qui est pratique pour les courses. L’appartement est charmant☺️, calme😌 et très fonctionnel😃. J’ai bien dormi et j’ai adoré y séjourner. Je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi, je serais bien resté plus longtemps. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et le gardiens ont aussi été très bons et fluides pour mes questions concernant l’organisation de l’arrivée et du départ. Merci à eux et à bientôt

Posizione ottima, bell'appartamento, gestore molto disponibile

Pros: Appartamento spazioso con angolo cottura con una piccola penisola dotata di micronde, un salottino, un bel balcone coperto, una camera da letto ampia e un bagno spazioso, con grande piatto doccia. Nonostante le temperature elevate di agosto e l'assenza dell'aria condizionata, l'appartamento rimaneva piuttosto fresco. C'era il wi fi funzionante, la TV satellitare e la possibilità di usare una piccola piscina del residence, molto piacevole nelle ore più calde. La posizione è ottima, in circa 30 minuti a piedi sono raggiungibili tutti i siti di maggior interesse della città. È una zona residenziale, tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggio lungo la via. Il gestore è stato super disponibile, in brevissimo tempo ha soddisfatto la nostra richiesta di avere un asciugamani in più e del detersivo per la lavatrice. Inoltre ci ha trovato il taxi per andare in aeroporto.

Cons: Consiglio alcuni miglioramenti: le tapparelle elettriche funzionavano male (quella della camera da letto non funzionava del tutto, quella della sala non si alzava completamente). Lo scarico della doccia era intasato e la maniglia della porta del bagno si staccava. Consiglio inoltre di rifornire meglio la cucina: servirebbero, quantomeno, dei piatti fondi, una pentola grande, dei coperchi e un tagliere. Sarebbe inoltre carino far trovare olio, sale e detersivo piatti.
