Can be better

Pros: The location is good to access old town. Private underground parking for free. An All you can eat restaurant with good prices at 70m.

Cons: Apartment is very small , practicaly a 15-20sm, 5m high room with a metal made structure to keep a suplimentary level for beds. There is at aircon for bads area but the air do not go at the lover level where will be no heating. The furniture for kitchen is olde and broken, the shower is not separated in bathroom, practicaly you use all bathroom to have a shower. The mattress is almost not usable, you will sleep in a very strange position. Good price regarding position, not if you vant at list medium quality. PS: I changed my rating from 7 to 8, hoping that the owner will manage to repair the shower drain.

Pros: The owner is very friendly, the house is fully equipped, it has a free parking spot, so you can have your car parked... Its located in the center of the city, everything is near, even a 24/7 grocery store is nearby the house 2min walk... Wonderful stay, definitely recommend it, i will comeback soon
