Pros: The lady that made the breakfast did an amazing job. The root top was also a great feature to this accommodation. Really spacious accommodation for a family of four.

Cons: Communication with the staff was only on WhatsApp, no 24 hour desk provided as advertised. Just asked to leave the 500diram in the draw as they had no card reader to take payment on day one, exit also leaving the key in the draw. Not provided with an invoice for the tax payment as we requested. Breakfast was always served late, after 9am therefore our day did not start till after 10am. On our last day we asked for an early breakfast approx 6am as our flight was early, but was refused. At this price you need more flexibility. Advertised washing machine, asked about it and was told no washing machine provided. I asked for them to remove it as it’s false advertising. Did not even offer to help with laundry. For Muslims no wash taps fitted near the toilet or Pray Mats provided. This should be standard in a Muslim country.

Pros: The property is spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here

An oasis of peace in the busy Marrakesh

Pros: The location, the warm welcome by sahid, the beauty of the decor, the light from the glass roof, the comfortable beds, the great breakfast prepared daily by a wonderful local lady. An oasis of peace is the busy Marrakesh, walking distance from everywhere

Cons: One toilet had an intermittent smell of pipes. This is not due to the house maintenance but rather a problem of the city infrastructure. Everything is very clean and curated.

Beautiful riad in good location with excellent service

Pros: Location, location, location! The location of the property was excellent. Situated just on the entrance of the souks, in a residential area, you got to experience local culture and daily life, whilst still close enough to take a less than 15 minute stroll through the souks to reach the main square, or a 2 minute taxi ride around the edge of the city wall. The breakfast was made fresh, daily by a lady and was spot on everyday - definately a highlight of the stay. The property itself was very clean and decorated by someone who obviously has an understated artistic flare and good taste. The manager was very responsive and always responded to my queries in a timely manner. For example the ac on the first night was under preforming. When I informed him of this, he sent the technician out to fix it asap. All in all the property was excellent, and we were well looked after through out the stay.

Cons: We went in probably the hottest week of the year. The glass sun roof made the upstairs extremely hot. Even openning the sun roof windows did very little to cool the place down. Not sure there is anything that could be done to improve this as the midday temperature was over 46 degrees. A small swimming pool on the terrace, even just a tub to dip the body in to cool down would have made this place perfect.

Everything you want and more

Pros: Stunning property with exceptional interiors. From the moment of booking the host was in touch with Al the information we needed. From sending a driver to pick us up from the airport and who we could use to get around Marrakesh (you have to be careful of taxis taking advantage) to a cook how made us the most beautiful breakfast every morning. Not only is the property beautiful but the terrace is also a gorgeous space and a lovely place just to sit and listen to the bird song.

Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional

Pros: Great breakfast with very lovely lady. Great location. Very clean and bright. Great host who contacted me with what's app with great suggestions and driver service.

Cons: The breakfast lady was lovely, but unfortunately difficult to communicate since she did not speak french or english. The beds for my taste too hard, but that depends on the person. When it rained it did rain in the hallway, but since rain is seldom in Marrakech it was no problem.

Lovely, light and contemporary private Riad in the heart of the Medina.

Pros: I have stayed in Marrakech before, but always in a hotel-type Riad. With this stay it was lovely to have more than just a room to come back to and relax. Toriya came every morning to make us a wonderful breakfast and she was so accommodating to our varying schedule or simple requests (like less pastries and more of her delicious homemade msemmen). Location wise it is close enough to make it very convenient for tour meet-ups and taxi access, but far enough away to avoid the street noise. I would stay again on future visits to Marrakech and highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Beautiful place in a perfect location

Pros: The place feels airy and light thanks to the super high ceiling in the main area, with two nicely sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Roof terrace is quiet, spacious and private. The location is perfect - quietly hidden down a few alleys but just around the corner from the bustling souks. A nice breakfast was cooked for us in the kitchen each morning, and Said our host is very friendly and professional and looked after us perfectly.
