Great property, wonderful character in a great location. Just be aware cleaner is present in the day.

Pros: Spacious beautiful Riad with lots of character and traditional furnishing. Terrace is wonderful.

Cons: The cleaner arrives just after 9 am and stays at the property in the day. She sometimes chats on the phone on speaker which can disturb.

Outstanding property in great location

Pros: Outstanding property, well-designed, with high quality furnishings and good-sized rooms. Great location inside the very busy Medina but completely quiet once inside. Only a short walk to the road where taxis waited.

Cons: The housekeeper prepared the breakfast and then made the beds and tidied up, as was expected and done well. However she then stayed in the property all morning, sometimes until 1pm! This is very unusual for a self-catering place and we felt it was an infringement on our privacy - when the details stated \

Absolutely perfect stay — we couldn't have asked for more!

Pros: I went to Marrakech with 6 friends to celebrate my birthday over the weekend, and we chose Riad Oscaroi so we could have the whole place to ourselves — and it was the best decision! We absolutely loved our stay. The entire team was so kind, helpful, and genuinely hospitable throughout our visit. We had pre-booked a dinner for the night we arrived to celebrate my birthday, and they went above and beyond — they prepared an amazing Moroccan dinner and even decorated the dining area with festive touches. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the evening feel truly special. Thank you so much for that! The riad itself exceeded all our expectations — it was clean, beautifully decorated, in a super central location, and the rooftop was perfect for relaxing after long walks through the Medina. We 100% recommend staying here! Thank you, Mohamed, for everything — we’ll definitely be back :)

Beautiful Riad in a central location

Pros: Fantastic stay, breakfast was delicious, different every day, fresh squeezed orange juice was the highlight. We had ordered a meal for dinner, very good! The Riad is stunning and very roomy, privacy for all rooms. Mohammed who greeted us was very welcoming and helpful. The lovely lady that prepared us food was also great!

Cons: We had organized a taxi pick up with the Riad beforehand, and there was one one there at the aeroport when we arrived. The transport was late, we waited over 30 minutes. Should we had a message or call from host to inform us that the driver is late, it would have reassured us. Instead we spent over 100euros, trying to reach the host by telephone, messaging etc, in a country where our mobile service cost 3euro per M..

Pros: The Riad is spacious, very comfortable, and has a tasteful & unique interior design. It’s located on the edge of the Medina and is close to a number of great restaurants. Plus it’s easy to get a taxi when needing to go further afield. The hosts Niza and Mohamed were wonderful and extremely helpful! We hope to return.

Pros: Riad is amazing and súper practical. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. Jawad and his staff were the best!!

Viaje con encanto

Pros: Dispusimos de todo el Riad para nosotros solos. Antes del viaje ya estuvimos en contacto con el anfitrión que nos facilitó el transfer y encomendar el almuerzo. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy confortable

Riad bien situé dans la médina

Pros: Bon petit déjeuner fait par la gouvernante sympathique.
