Great place to have a pleasant stay in Marrakech
Pros: We stayed at Jalil's riad for 4 days. He welcomed us at around mid night with no problem. The rooms are great for the price. He also gives you a heater upon request. We had to check out and return back to the riad twice because our desert trip was canceled due to snow and both times he made sure we got rooms. Highly recommend for your stay. Its a securised residence with restaurants, swimming pool and masjid all inside the not very far from the old medina. Also do not miss chez samir café inside the residence very tasty food indeed.
Cons: House slippers can be a little problematic so bring your own if you're travelling in winter.

Definitely recommend and would go back
Pros: Beautiful building, room was basic but clean and worth the money just for the aircon. Great having a kitchen so you have a fridge to keep water, etc in and washing machine if needed. Located in a gated community with a couple of shops for basics and cafes which was handy and area was quiet at night. Pool area was good with 3 pools. Oussama was a brilliant host, tips to get about when I arrived and just a message away if any issues
Cons: Not that I didn’t like, but slightly out the way, approx 30min walk to main square and majorelle gardens but taxis always about if you didn’t fancy walking. Terrace could be better, just a couple of camping chairs for people to sit on. States drying screen which is just one foldout screen on the terrace, could be better if one in each room.

Marrakech was one of the most beautiful and unique cities I've ever seen.
Pros: The riad manager Oussama was amazingly helpful with any needed things such as towels or a hairdryer or something like that. He also knows the area really well and has good suggestions for any activities and excursions. Also the riad itself was really beautiful and the complex that it was in was a great and kind community.
Cons: The mattress is quite hard, but if you're only there for a few nights it's not too bad.
