A perfect place to experience the true spirit of Marrakech while feeling completely at home.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Dar Bonita. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the medina, yet peaceful and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the room was cozy and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and always helpful, doing their best to fulfill every guest’s request. We truly felt at home during our stay. The authentic Moroccan style of the riad created a beautiful atmosphere, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or simply relax and unwind.

Brilliant, I would highly recommend this Riad. Don’t be put off by the short walk to it because the locals are friendly
Pros: Absolutely everything, the room was very comfortable, the staff was amazing, Hamou and Abdel couldn’t do enough for us. Hamou came and met us from the taxi gave us a guided tour round the Medina, sat us down told us the places to go the do’s and dont’s. If you want a break from the busyness of the Medina make the most of the Riads roof top. It was perfect not a single complaint.
Cons: That we had to leave, we liked everything about it!

Beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Dar Bonita. The riad is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and super helpful, willing to book activities for you or booking a cab and then escorting you to the cab to make sure you find your way. The breakfast is a traditional marroccan breakfast with mainly bread and pastries as well as some fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea and omelette.
Cons: Honestly not that much. A lot of the areas in the Medina (old town) feels a bit sketchy at night, and the areas surrounding the Riad is no different, this is something you have to accept if you plan on staying in the Medina. We did not however once feel unsafe or afraid since the people of Marrakech are wonderful. As others have written, it is a bit difficult to locate the Riad in the beginning. But even for someone with as bad orientation skills as me I managed to find my way back after 1-2 tries.
