Pros: Such a cosy and stylish place in the medina. It’s the perfect oasis to hang out after shopping, sightseeing or an outdoors trip. Enjoy a private dinner in the rooftop terrace or start your day with Hammam and a scrub. Only lovely and supportive people around you🙏❤️

An excellent few days in an atmosphere and culture in juxtaposition to our own, and as such a reset.

Pros: We were treated exceptionally well. All the food we were given was to a very high standard. The staff in the Riad were very kind and helpful. Ahmed went out of his way to make sure we found where we were going and that we met up with our guide/excursion driver or whoever ,wherever we were meeting them.

Cons: The water to the shower in our room was a bit hit and miss. But, I guess that's what you get in the middle of the Medina. No big deal, just a minor moan.

Truly magical

Pros: We had a truly memorable stay at Riad 27—Marrakech was magical, and the beautiful Riad made it even more special. A big thank you to Ghizlane and Ahmed as well—they were absolutely amazing and took such great care of us and always with a smile. We hope to return someday!

Pros: The Riad is absolutely beautiful and even the smallest details are perfectly thought of. Coming back from the bustling Medina to this oasis of style and taste was a pleasure each time, as were the very nice and discreet staff.

Peaceful, beautiful home amongst the winding Medina streets

Pros: What a beautiful home. A perfect accommodation option for a big group, steps away from the chaos of the souks is this idyllic oasis. Beautiful big rooms, a gorgeous terrace and wonderful staff. Comfortable beds, great breakfast and beautiful styling makes this riad a must stay

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Fantastic! This place is in the heart of Old Medina, a treasure to stay at. Firstly we were happily greeted by the Owner Caroline who made sure we were happy and catered for our group. Breakfast was served every morning which was amazingly delicious. A massive thank you to the staff members especially Abdul and Ghizlane for being so considerate and patient with all of us! 🙏

Wonderful Riad in a perfect location. Loved Marrakech and this Riad made the whole trip one to remember

Pros: The owner, Caroline, was very friendly and the staff were also wonderful. The rooms were clean and tasteful. The breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to come back to this place.

Magnifique riad, à 2 pas des souks, dans une rue calme avec un personnel très agréable

Pros: Le riad 27 est très joliment décoré et agencé, sobre mais avec goût. Les 5 chambres sont toutes aussi agréables et confortables. Le patio avec sa piscine (petite et fraiche mais agréable après une chaude journée) jouit d'une belle fraicheur, alors que la grande terrasse en rooftop permet de profiter du soleil et de la chaleur dès le petit déjeuner. La localisation est excellente, dans une ruelle sans passage et donc calme, tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied des rues commerçantes. Caroline et les employées sont à l'écoute et agréables et prépare un bon petit déjeuner ainsi que le diner sur demande. Bref rien à dire, allez-y vous allez vous y plaire.
