Pros: I spent 3 days in total — 2 days with an agency and 1 night booked through Booking. The Riad is very clean, the room is nice and quiet, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I really appreciated the kindness of all the staff. Special thanks to the reception team for their help printing my boarding pass and always being available for any assistance. Many thanks as well to their supervisor for the warm welcome.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent service food room and rooftop terrace. Quite difficult to find on first visit after taxi drop off so watch out for “guides”.

Great stay in an authentic riad

Pros: Lovely riad, spacious and clean. We had nice breakfasts with pastries, bread rolls, meat & cheeses, honey, marmalade, olives and olive oil. We were offered omelettes on one day only! Tea and coffee were replenished when asked. Fresh fruit and biscuits, and a bottle of water were delivered on the first afternoon only. Bathrooms were spacious and toiletries were provided, along with robes and slippers. There were several large and small lounge areas to enjoy a drink and chat. The roof terrace had a good mix of loungers, parasols and table & chairs. The swimming pool is more like a plunge pool though. Unfortunately the jacuzzi had a permanent reserved sign on it. The roof terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. There is a small coffee bar/bar but it was not open when we visited in February. Anis and Fatima in particular were very helpful with queries at reception. As were almost all of the other staff.

Cons: We had a hard sell on excursions and guides as soon as we arrived in the hotel. All we wanted was to get to our rooms and freshen up after a 4am start that day. The towels were replaced every day. Despite leaving the used ones hung up, as is usual when you are happy to re-use them. We were fortunate to have paid for rooms on the first floor, as ground floor rooms open straight out onto lounge or dining areas. It was quite noisy in the morning and later in the evening as all windows face inwards. There was a kettle and coffee machine in the bedrooms, but no tea-bags or coffee pods! Our friends asked for tea bags twice but they never appeared. Similarly there was a fridge and mini-bar menu, but no drinks.

Pros: Room was large and clean with welcoming fruit and pastries.

Cons: Breakfast was okay but basic and the same every day. Roof top bar was not open. Toilets on roof could have been cleaner.

What a gem

Pros: The accommodation was very nice, clean and staff very polite and helpful. Lovely restaurant and a rooftop to chill during the day. Try the Moroccan wine. We loved it :) we spent one week over NY Eve night. It was very nice. There was a dinner party that night until 1am, which was absolutely ok as it was NY Eve.otherwise the hotel is quiet and there is no loud music at night. We had the upper rooms, which are more private. If you have the ground floor rooms, you will meet people having breakfast in front of your rooms. But the waiters always made sure, it's a quiet breakfast and no one is disturbed. I would definitely come back! The male receptionist was very lovely and polite and very helpful. The female receptionist full of joy and good customer care.

Cons: They didn't tell us we can have omelette for breakfast, but when you ask, they are happy to make it for you :) otherwise breakfast was very nice.

I’m not sure I will return to this Riad or Marrakesh

Pros: This was my second visit, there is an air of fading luxury which is relaxing

Cons: At times like the city itself, too noisy

Great location, lovely and attentive staff in a calm and newly refurbished riad

Pros: Great location and very attentive staff, kind and helpful.

Cons: Bathroom could be better separated from the bedroom, nice breakfast but too repetitive (every day the same set)
