Pros: It's a great location though reaching it first time might be a bit tricky.

Amazing stay as first-timers in Marrakech

Pros: We’ve had a great stay at the Riad Lalla Merieme where we stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect and you can walk from there to all the main sites in the Medina - a bit tricky to find the first time as we didn’t have internet on our phone so make sure you check before arriving if you don’t. However it is down a very cosy street! The staff are very friendly - you very much feel at home from the moment you arrive. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean with direct access to the terrace - the bed was really comfy and we both slept really well! The breakfast was very good and very copious with delicious Moroccan tea. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Marrakech!

Nice a riad

Pros: Great, friendly and welcoming staff! Sincere and happy to help. Cosy atmosphere and walking distance from the streets of the medina. The room was cleaned daily.

Cons: The rooms were not soundproofed. In my case it didn't matter, because I was travelling alone. On the last morning I noticed a bug on the bed, probably a rice weevil.

Pros: We stayed on the top floor with a lovely view out onto the public balcony area. The traditional Moroccan decor was a nice touch. The Riad felt very homely, and katya the cat was very friendly. Mohammed looked after us for the most part of the stay and was very professional and attentive to all of our needs. Customer service was exceptional. Breakfast was also delicious!

Cons: Our room did not have an en suite meaning we had to walk outside in order to get to the bathroom which being in January it was rather cold during the night. The bed could do with more/softer pillows as they felt slightly uncomfortable.

Pros: I spent a lot of time looking for a riad to stay when in Marrakesh and I am very glad to have chosen this one. It is a very clean, cosy place with caring staff. The location is perfect if you are looking for a less busy area in the centre. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was cleaned daily.

Cons: We did our research on tours and restaurants before arriving, so did not need any recommendations. If you do, keep in mind that the staff speaks only basic English.

Home away from home!!

Pros: I stayed there for 4 nights in Dec 2024. The hosts were accomodating and allowed a late checkin around 11.30 pm. The Riad looks as good as the pictures on Booking.com site. I was given the largest room which is spacious & decorated to high standards. The Riad and my room was neat and clean, My room was serviced daily, an experience I didn't have in other Riads I stayed before. As it was cold Mohammad switched on the Aircon at 29 degress celcius which gave the same effect of a heated room. He also gave me helpful tips on local sight seeing. The breakfast was continental and he was felxible to accomadate my early morning breakfast requests. Mohamad & Marium were warm and hospitrable hosts. I had an excellent stay at the Riad.
