Habibi Riad&Hostel

Pros: Good location, close to the main square. Moha was a very kind host.

Great value for money.

Pros: The staff, Mohamed is an amazing person and Aisha is a kind women.

Cons: The hot water isn’t supplied for one hour or so at noon time. But I heard this is an issue for the whole region. I just avoid that hour and the rest of the day is fine.

Pros: The staff and the breakfast were lovely! You get to meet new people and experience Marrakesh the best way possible.

Cons: Nothing, it was amazing.

Location is great, Habib is a wonderful host

Pros: Location is great, minutes from the market and medina. Have everything close by - restaurant, a small market to buy water and other necessities. Host, Habib, was very friendly and helped us a lot from organising airport taxi to collecting us in the Medina. He even helped us organised our trips at a good price, guided us around the town.

Cons: Rooms are a bit small but I think most Riads near Medina are similarily sized.

Very nice place

Pros: Place is perfectly located in medina so everything is within reach. Beds are comfy. Staff was amazing they arranged everything for us and made us feel like home. And the breakfast is delicious. For affordable price you get amazing service.

Cons: Only thing that we noticed is bad smell from pipes in bathroom. But we didn't care since everything else was good.

Quite place inside Medina

Pros: Good location inside the Medina but quiet during the day and night. Just a few rooms, so not going to be overcrowded. The staff was really friendly, Moha and lHoussaine helped me with everything I wanted. Mama Aicha keeps everything clean all the time. The bed was comfortable and they have hot water, breakfast was rich.

Pros: A great hostel and riad. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The beds are comfy but hard as everywhere in Morocco in my experience. The terrace has an outstanding view of the mountains and sunrise.

Cons: Note that even though the location is close to Jemma El Fna, you have to walk around 5-10 mins via souks to get to the hostel. You'll get a really good video on how to find the riad, so follow it. Soundproofing is poor but it seemed to be a local thing everywhere I stayed. Bring earplugs

Pros: I had to book some nights here last minute and I was really surprised, it was much better than expected and I enjoyed my stay! The hosts were so nice, even when something came up and I could have created trouble for them.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: We absolutely loved this place! The location is really nice and actually surprisingly really quiet. The rooftop gives a spectacular view of the city and the sunset over it. The host, Muha, was the best. Super open, happy, and willing to help you with anything you need or want to know. I don’t think you could get better value for your money.

I’ve ever felt so welcome in a place

Pros: I’ve never felt so welcome in a place, Habib and Moha were super helpful and took care of my friend and me. Breakfast was fab, one day we had an early excursion and we couldn’t have breakfast but Moha had packed some food to take with us. Their hospitality was flawless, we’d definitely come back to Habibi Riad&Hostel.
