Fabulous

Pros: Amazing Riad in a fabulous location. Fantastic communication and recommendations from the host. Housekeeping staff were fabulous. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: It would have been wonderful if the pool had been heated and we could have enjoyed a quick dip after a busy day!

My family and I had a lovely time at a home away from home.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and kept clean and neat. Breakfast was served on time as agreed before hand. We requested the host to have some Birthday decoration to surprise our family members prior to arriving and Bahia did a beautiful job. Our pick up driver from the airport was very lovely and came on time to pick us as organised by Arnaud.

Cons: Unfortunately it was out of the hosts control and the whole area was affected by not having wifi however he responded quickly to have it fixed.

We really enjoyed it. It’s great to have a house likethis to quietly rest after a busy day visiting this vibrant city.

Pros: Asmaa made the most amazing authentic breakfast for us, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was amazing.

Wonderful opportunity to get to see a little of Morocco and enjoy it!

Pros: The riad was absolutely beautiful, like in the photos. I think it might be a very old building, beautifully renovated, and it's in the heart of the Medina - which makes it even more special. I also enjoyed the daily market around it and all the noise / scooters going by. Luckily, when at the riad, the noise was almost totally gone! The red room - although the most beautiful (in my opinion) is also the noisiest... we were fortunate to have the need for 3 bedrooms only, so we did not use it (except during the first night). It was also nice to have breakfast prepared every day and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were also told that if our stay wasn't during Ramadan, it would have been more varied a little... Asmaa was wonderful, helpful and ready with answers to our questions.

Cons: the lack of protein for breakfast was an issue for me personally, but we understood that this might be a typical moroccan breakfast.

Had a great stay at the Riad !

Pros: We loved the location, the extremely comfortable beds, the roof top patio the hot showers, and we loved Asmaa We loved the meals she provided, we loved the drivers that took us on trips that were arranged by Arnaud,

Pros: The place was even more beautiful than the photos and totally exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was easy, and we got all the info we needed. The location was perfect for our group of eight and super close to the center of Marrakech.

Cons: Breakfast could be better portioned to accommodate the number of guests.

Pros: We were a group of six women who were on an anniversary trip. Ee got so much good help in planning the trip from the owner Arnaud. And we frlt well received when we arrived. Everything went smoothly from reception at the airport to reception in Riad el Mamoune. The house was newly renovated, besutyfully decorated and clean. Asmaa our help in the house was sweet, skilled and helpful, and then she served lovely food. We had fantastic days in the house and in Marrakech. Higly recommended

10\\10 stay for a group of female friends

Pros: Asmaa was absolutely perfect - attentive, helpful and sweet. Arnaud was also a great host and great at communication over whatsapp before and during our stay. The riad was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and clean. Location is a little off the beaten track but it's nice to walk through authentic backstreets outside of major tourist areas. As a group of young women, we felt very safe in this riad and had no issues even when walking back late at night. There was a lot of male harassment on the street as expected but it only felt annoying rather than unsafe and scary. We are from London though so maybe a little more used to it than others might be. Overall I would absolutely recommend this Riad. We had a 10\\10 stay.

Cons: The breakfast could've included some fresh fruit as it was a lot of carbs and sweets!

Beautiful inside

Pros: i liked the Riad( Villa Apartment) very cosy ,safe and quit. and the designed of it. The caretaker is very nice lady. Asmaa was always there to help anytime.
