Amazing stay

Pros: The Staff was very helpful during our stay, special thanks to Ismail and to Younes that went above and beyond to make us feel great.

Incredibly warm hearted people work here

Pros: Honestly, the best thing about this place are the people who work here. Yunes, Ismael and Suyleman really made our stay an incredible experience. We never felt so at home somewhere, and our toddler loved playing with them.

Cons: nothing, it was perfect.

Great hospitality in a very well located quiet part of Marrakech.

Pros: The staff were fantastic and really did make it feel like a home from home from the second we walked through the door. The decor is lovely and breakfast was great.

Cons: We were disturbed slightly by the call to Prayer early in the morning but completely understandable given we went during Ramadan.

Pros: I and my friends, had a wonderful stay at Riad La Claire Fontaine. The staff were incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The riad was spotless and peaceful, and the location made it easy to explore while still feeling tucked away from the busy streets. Breakfast was fresh and delicious — a perfect way to start the day. I would happily stay here again.

The staff are particularly helpful and the facilities are really good.

Pros: Delightful. Rooms are first class as is the central space.

Pros: The staff were incredibly accommodating and my wife had one of the best massages she's ever had. Also, one in of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on.

Cons: Only downside was the breakfast took an hour to come out which was frustrating with kids and we wanted to get out early. I understand this could have been because the chef had been ill, but may I suggest a small breakfast buffet? With cereal, yogurt and orange juice to ease the pressure on your very busy staff doing table service.

Amazing stay in Claire Fountaine

Pros: Clair Fountaine is a truly exceptional place. I would say, one of the highlights of our visit in Marrakech and Maroko. Every detail in this riad is exceptional, all the equipment, decorations, materials and fabrics used - you can see someone has thought about it and made the best choice, with no compromise. The strive for perfection of all the details, servicesa and maintenance of the rooms / hotel space is absolutely amazing and impressive. The crew in this hotel is world-class. Everyone is very kind, friendly and helpful. Everyone is making sure we are enjoying our stay and that it feels like home. We have been really impressed with how much heart the personnel and the owner put to make it the best experience for the guests. We absolutely loved the breakfasts, so tasty and beautiful. I would certainly recommend Claire Fountaine to everyone, we have spent wonderful time over here and enjoyed that a lot. Would be glad to come back here one day!

very beautiful riad in a good location with fabulously helpful staff and a great breakfast included.

Pros: Extremely beautiful riad and lovely helpful staff. Room was the blue room and it had a big bathroom and good shower but like all riads, it was a little dark in the room. The staff let us order breakfast even though it was long over, which was much appreciated. They were very helpful in all respects. Fab rooftop terrace with a great view of the Atlas mountains.

Cons: Just be aware that the bar is for soft drinks only, but there are many bars and restaurants in the Medina serving alcohol

Pros: Staff, location and service incl amenities are just above exceptional. It's a place where you can relax and slow down from the buzzing city centre. We had the blue room which is just fantastic, the bathroom and bed are extra large and make us feel spoilt. The bed and bed linen were of wonderful quality! The breakfast is good, you can order what you like, the quality might be slightly improved. The rooftop is a great place to read a book or just to hide from the chaos. Thanks to the personnel which has been present, attentive and polite all the time.

Cons: I missed a window or some air circulation in the room. I only later discovered that it's not usual to have them.
