Great place in the Medina

Pros: The Riad was in a great location, right in the Medina but far from the crowd and near to both the center of Medina and outside (Guilas). The staffs are very welcoming and assists you in every way they can. The room is cleaned and tidied everyday. If you want to experience a typical Morrocan place/home, this is it. Also, very safe area.

Cons: We are at the top of the Riad, and sometimes, specially at night, the internet slows down.

Fabulous stay

Pros: New Riad with great facilities and super young attentive staff and a great location.

The best experience

Pros: Can’t start writing this review without mentioning the great people who work there. We want to give a huge thanks to Abdel, Malika, Latifa, Zheur, and our great friend Youssef. Every person working there was so kind to us answering all our questions, giving us great recommendations, and overall making us feel safe and at home. The Riad is located within walking distance of everything, and if you need a taxi, there’s a taxi stand just a 3 minute walk away. The Riad looks even better in real life, and the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, this place had a 100% positive impact on our vacation in Marrakech. Thanks a lot to everyone we learned so much and had a great time in Morocco!

A beautiful oasis and a warm welcome

Pros: From the minute we arrived we received a warm welcome to this little oasis tucked away in an alleyway in the northern part of the old Medina. A mixture of old Moroccan and art was evident throughout the riad which gave the place a homely feel. Our superior room was a good size, beautifully decorated and the shower was huge. The Riad has four floors including a rooftop terrace, a third floor breakfast area (where our room was located) and a ground floor with a small but refreshing plunge pool, which was welcome at the end of each day. The Riad is in a very old part of the city and twenty minutes walk to the main square but each route we chose was a mixture of souks or small local businesses which highlighted our adventure.

The staff were very helpful, Abdul gave us a map when we first arrived and recommended where we should visit. Amazing.

Pros: I loved everything about the property, authentic, colourful, vibrant. You walk through the front door to a different world. The room was stunning and very clean

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the alleyway it was located down, and hearing the noise outside late at night.

An oasis to start each day and come back to each evening

Pros: It was a beautiful space in a central location but the staff were what really makes it special. We had a meal there on one of the nights and it was exceptional. The breakfasts each morning were delicious with homemade elements that varied daily. Definitely an oasis to return to each day.

A cherised memory!

Pros: The place was absolutely beautiful, the room was very comfortable we got the bigger room with 2 beds. I cannot say enough about the kindness and excellent services of all staff. The owner, Alan, was always available for everything and anything you may need. Breakfast was very good, assortment of breads and other typical moroccan pastries, and fresh yogurt and fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee was great! On our day back our flight was not until 11 pm so Alan allowed us to stay in the lobby, away from the heat and a midafternoon thunderstorm. The location is great plenty of shops and restaurant nearby with traditional Moroccan food. Just follow the wall!!!! The mint tea is excellent!!! Thank you all for making our stay so special!!!

Oasis in Marrakech

Pros: The Riad was comfortable and beautiful with all kinds of nooks and crannies to hang out in. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. It was close to the souks.
