Quirky Ryad. Lively staff. Slightly overpriced
Pros: This Ryad is what we call a 'shabby-chic' place. Very attentive and friendly staff, in a building that has a quirky vibe, relatively close to the main souks. Breakfast was traditional (no frills) and there are various seating areas that have a certain charm.
Cons: This is an old/traditional building, so it shows its age a bit. There was an odd mix of new tech versus old, and likewise the pictures and furnishings seemed a bit odd. I would have stripped it back and kept everything in the same vein. We felt this accom was overpriced for what you get. Lastly, the management held an external event on the Sat night, for 80 people. It effectively shut down the building for the whole of Saturday for preparations. Although we were invited to the event, including loud music until 11pm, we felt it was a disadvantage to guests, in such a small place (especially if any guest had young children).

Exceptional!
Pros: The riad was incredible. From the moment we walked in, Omar took care of us throughout the whole stay. His service was exceptional and catered to all of our needs. The riad is so clean, beautiful and luxury. The breakfast is also served fresh every morning. I would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you Omar!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was 10/10

Great place to stay in the heart of Marrakech
Pros: Beautiful Riad in the heart of the new Medina. Exit through the rear door and straight into the complex of alley ways through the Medina. The Riad was very clean and despite the modern facilities has kept its traditional charm and character. The bed was sooo comfortable and aircon was very welcome. Staff, especially Omar, couldn't have been more helpful and attentive with good recommendations for local restaurants and Hammam. Breakfast was good, a mix of local and continental fair. Very good coffee.
Cons: Hard to think of anything
