A wonderful stay with genuinely helpful staff who made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Pros: Great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The receptionist even helped us book a fantastic spa and gave us lots of useful local recommendations. Really appreciated how welcoming and informative everyone was.

Cons: I expected the pool to be bigger from the picture.

Relaxing stay in quiet area with the most wonderful staff that do invest their time in you

Pros: Staff are amazing and couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. Examples were the sumptuous breakfast, the flexibility for asks such as additional towels, advice on location and help with any sites to visit. The amenities are great with piping hot water, very quiet air con and comfortable beds. Location is a bit out of the way (did need a 'guide' to initially find but prob worth the €5) but rewarded with peace and quiet. It is Morrocco so expect authentic experience around the accommodation- this is an area that local People live so need to be respectful . Cats are friendly and seem well looked after which delighted my daughters!!

Pros: Staff really helpful, rooms nicely decorated with lots of hot water in ensuite. Plenty of different areas including roof top to eat breakfast and relax. Lovely view of Atlas mountains. Breakfast was really nice and coffee available all day for 2 euros. Fantastic location and airport transfer arranged by Riad.

Cons: Duvet was a bit too heavy

Pros: I was very satisfied with my stay at the riad. The room was comfortable and the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. During our conversations, they knew that we would be waking up earlier than the usual breakfast time because of an excursion the next day. Without us even asking, they took the initiative to prepare a breakfast bag for us with food, juices, and water. It was a very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated as a group. A lovely experience overall.

Cons: As a small note, the area is a bit quiet and slightly isolated, so some women might feel a little uncomfortable or cautious until reaching the entrance. That said, realistically, we personally did not experience or notice anything negative, and as a group we felt no sense of insecurity from the local residents. Also, just a small practical note: the bathroom had limited space to place personal items, and there was no hairdryer available.

An amazing stay: beautiful riad, amazing and incredible staff, and a true home away from home.

Pros: What I really loved about the property is how welcoming it felt, I truly felt at home from the moment I arrived. The staff was absolutely amazing: incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The riad itself is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything created a very warm and pleasant atmosphere that made my stay special.

Pros: Everything is great, staff is welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are big and warm. Breakfast is amazing and get you ready for exploring Morocco! Great location tho, easy to find with parking near by.

Great first time in marrakech to immerse with culture.

Pros: the hospitality, wonderful breakfast, great advice and care taken to arrange my transport for a football match. The Riad is very close to markets and walkable to the main museum and good food options.

Cons: The water pressure sometimes varied and temperature. My room was close to the kitchen so there was a bit of noise to overcome.
