Pros: The place was nice and clean. The host was very kind, we’ve been welcomed with typical Moroccan tea and delicious biscuits. The position was good, but be careful at nights if you come back to the riad from Medina since some doors close and the road back could be harder to find.

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool was not open when we stayed since they were repairing it.

Great first trip to Marrakech

Pros: The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Now I can almost find my way there from other locations I'm happy to book again. 😊

Serene stay with gorgeous rooftop views

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Riad Jardin des Rêves. We absolutely loved the decor and the beautiful rooms — everything feels calm, tasteful, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to the birds singing was such a peaceful touch, and the rooftop is gorgeous, with stunning views over the city — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A beautiful riad with a serene atmosphere — highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, delicious food, NOT a great location but good for money

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The traditional Moroccan food prepared at the hotel was fresh and delicious. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating going above and beyond to help you.

Cons: As we are tourists and it was our first time in Marrakech, the hotel was very hard to get to as it was located deep in The Marrakech Medina. It felt as if it we had to navigate a maze of narrow streets to get to the property. If you get lost, locals will offer help and guide you to the property, however they will demand money upon arrival. I strongly recommend organising a transfer with the hotel to guide you to the property (which they do offer) to avoid this.

Honestly great and if we come to Marrakesh again, we will stay here for sure!

Cons: Nothing really. The only thing I’d say to be mindful about is the hot water shuts off around 11 so be mindful if you shower in the evening!

A piece of heaven on Marakesh

Pros: The place was amazing,excellent location walking distance to all attractions.The staff was professional and friendly starting with Iman who made our holiday so special,with lovely lunches and dinner, booking for us transfer from and to aieroport.Waiting for us and walking us to meet the driver,planing some activities for us and recommend us places to visit. The riad is very cozy and elegant, spacious,clean and tidy. Our room was lovely decorated with a comfortable bed , pillows and cushions, spotless and bright. The breakfast was delicious the same as other meals we had at the riad. I have only good words to say about all the staff,they were amazing and made us feel welcoming and the atmosphere was excellent. The riad has a lovely room where you can enjoy the sun and the view. I forgot to mention the tasty welcoming tea and cookies at our arrival. I highly recommend this place and definitely my husband and I,we like to come back sometime.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, funny and helpful at anything you might need! Plus: they had heating, something that in Morocco is not to be taken as granted!!! Also the dinner and breakfast was delicious!

Cons: No flexibility. At the beginning we were three guests, but one had to cancel her trip to Morocco, we informed like one month earlier about it, and there were no alternatives or maybe a discount as a goodwill. We had to bear the costs anyway. Plus: the bathroom has a curtain instead of a door! 🫣

perfect stay — lovely staff, spotless riad

Pros: My stay at this riad was wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help — even when I got lost in the souks, one phone call was enough and they guided me right back. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was funny and always in a great mood. Highly recommended — everything was perfect! 🌟
