A Beautiful Stay in Marrakech
Pros: I stayed at Riad El Filali for 4 nights with friends and had a wonderful experience. The riad is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Moroccan style with modern comfort. My room was clean, cozy, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and recommend local spots. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. The location is perfect—quiet enough for restful nights, yet close to the main attractions, souks, and restaurants. For an authentic and comfortable stay with attentive service, I highly recommend Riad El Filali. I would definitely return!

Coisy authentic beautiful riad
Pros: Amazing oasis in the Médina! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, kind and very responsive staff. We could not expect anything more. As we arrived on 31st of December they made us yummy dinner with traditional marrocan food witch was a big bonus on the top of everything! The garden was exotic with cats and birds. We enjoyed our stay a lot! L

Cons: The walk to the riad was slightly off putting with loads of rubbish and a dead cat outside

Pros: We stayed at the Riad and overall had a very good experience. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed. We arrived at 2 a.m., and Ahmed was incredibly helpful — despite the late hour, he came on foot to meet us at the parking area, which showed great care and attention. Throughout our stay, we were also very well after by Ezzoubir, who was kind and always willing to help. The warmth and friendliness of the team really stood out.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed about the checkout time. The website stated that checkout was until 12 p.m., but we were asked to leave by 11 a.m., even though there were no guests arriving after us. I found this unnecessary and a bit inflexible, which was a contrast to the rest of the otherwise great experience.

Riad El Filali is just superb . Khadijah , Ahmed , Ezzoubir , Asma and Fatiha ( the staff ) are the loveliest , most hel
Pros: The property is stunning . The bedrooms are so comfortable and beautiful, with air conditioning which adds to a good nights sleep ( as it was hot in Marrakesh ) . The pool was refreshing and well maintained . We just loved the authenticity of the Riad .
Cons: Initially it felt a little unsafe on our first night when we arrived as we had to walk down an alley to access the property . But actually the next day when we saw how life is in Marrakesh and there are numerous alleyways , with many houses / riad’s within , we soon felt safe and realised this is life in Marrakesh.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the riad was very nicely decorated. The patio where we had breakfast in the morning was absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast itself was very good. Overall, would recommend.
Cons: It was not very easy to find the riad at first and we felt it was a bit far from all the attractions, especially if you have to walk back home at night. We had a reservation for a specific room but we were given a different one (which we had impression to be of a lower value). Cleanliness could be improved: finding dead flies lying on the bed was not very pleasant.

A beautiful place I wish we could have stayed longer
Pros: Beautiflu Riad, 20 minutes walk away from the Jemaa el-Fnaa (if you are a solo traveler and do not enjoy walking through empty, tiny streets after dark, do not stay here), very kind and polite receptionist, delicious welcome treats, beautiful plants everywhere!
Cons: We had to leave at 6:50 for our flight, and unfortunately, the place could not provide us with a packed breakfast; we would have appreciated even a small piece of fruit. Another place where we stayed and left early for the Sahara tour was able to offer us a packed breakfast.
