Amazing - will be recommending to my family and friends. We only regret not staying longer!
Pros: One night stay - A really beautiful Riad with lovely, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were really helpful and helped us book our airport transfer and printed our boarding passes.
Cons: The breakfast was good but I would say I have had better at other Riads during my time in Morocco. Just also be aware that if visiting during Ramadan, the calls to prayer are very loud from the upstairs rooms at night. However overall we are very impressed and will be recommending this to our friends!

Lovely place in the heart of the medina. If you want authentic and kind caring staff try here.
Pros: Loved the traditional & authentic Moroccan decor & ambience.
Cons: Nothing really. The quirky upstairs to bathroom up steep marble stairs wouldn’t suit everyone but once you got used to it and make sure it was well lit for safety was grand. It would’ve been good to have a working TV inly because we were back I. Room fairly early at nights but fortunately wasn’t working. Nothing much to dislike at all. All staff were absolutely lively a credit to this Riad.

Fabulous Stay in Authentic Riad
Pros: The property is beautiful and authentic. The staff are great and very hospitable…Food was very good and plentiful…
Cons: We were there in winter and there is no sufficient heating in the room so was cold… there is an ac unit but not strong enough to heat the room…

Great - really pleased with choice!
Pros: Slight walk from the main part of town but we liked that and felt safe. The breakfast, staff were all excellent and they saved us breakfast after an early morning hike. They were so nice. Room was slightly chilly but think that was our issue not knowing how to use the heater.

Close to the centre, quiet and relaxing. But it's the staff that make this place special.
Pros: The staff at Riad Shama are what made our stay so special. Everyone was kind, helpful and happy to help with any requests.
Cons: It was cold during our stay and hard to keep the room warm - but we were supplied with an extra heater which helped.

Amazing and would highly recommend.
Pros: It was very unusual, very clean and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Not so keen on location but that was personal, it was easy enough to walk to Souks and Medina.

A perfect place for a great city!
Pros: The Riad was absolutely great. We had a huge room full of character. The roof terrace and the pool (although we did not use it as it was December) were great. But the best of all were those working at the Riad. Always mindful of what we needed and ready to help. A great place to spend some time in Marrakech. I cannot recommend it enough!

Very nice stay
Pros: The riad was very nice, spacious rooms and beautiful sunset views from the rooftop. The cats were a bonus 😻 Is not in the center of the medina but it’s a small walk to center. It was a bit cold when we went but the rooms have AC and it was ok afterwards. It s a good deal for the money.
Cons: I saw a lot of comments that the breakfast is great but I don’t fully agree. Although I tink this is the traditional morrocan breakfast, they serve every day different forms of bread, only one butter and nothing else to spread on the bread. And an one egg omelette. After a few days you kinda get bored with the same thing 😅 But they were very nice to prepare something to go for the day we left early. Also, one of the guy at the reception doesn’t speak very well English, but you manage to understand in the end.
