Pros: Absolutely gorgeous property, the staff were wonderful and so welcoming! The food was incredible and they organised a private transfer from the airport making our journey super easy. Everything was just so incredible, no complaints at all!

Pros: Really loved the thought going into the room perfume, decorations and the hospitality. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to requests. I also really appreciated the tea. It was a fantastic experience!

Cons: Perfect for solo travel but possibly too intimate an experience for two people since the toilet area is not fully separated. The walls are thin, but the people were quiet, so just have to be mindful about that.

Pros: The riad is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful. They make you feel right at home. The riad is also very well-located: within walking distance of the main touristic attractions, yet outside of the hustle-bustle of some parts of the medina. The room was very comfortable.

Cons: The only downside for us was that there was no door to separate the room from the bathroom.

Amazing service. Great location

Pros: Everything about this Riad is fantastic. The service from the team is unique and exceptional. They really go above and beyond. For example, we were leaving at 430am for our train and they woke up to make us breakfast with a smile on their face. They helped carry our luggage (which in Marrakech small streets matters a lot). They served us tea room service without even requesting. And it’s an all female team. Makes you feel right at home. Bravo

Cons: The only only thing about the hotel if we are being honest is the size of the room is a little small but this is typical for Riads in such excellent locations to the centre of the Medina. Not a complaint just something that anyone should be aware of when booking to make sure expectations are realistic

A wonderful stay that turned a last-minute booking into a memorable experience

Pros: Delightful from start to finish. I had to find somewhere at the very last minute due to an issue with my original accommodation, and I genuinely lucked out. While it might sound cliché, the hosts truly made me feel part of the family right down to preparing homemade biscuits for me to take home because they noticed how much I enjoyed them. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with the flexibility to adjust timing when needed. Whenever I returned to the riad during the day, a pot of tea and snacks would appear shortly after, which was such a thoughtful touch. The genuine warmth and attentiveness I experienced here turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the highlights of my trip. I can’t recommend this riad highly enough. It’s the kind of place that feels less like accommodation and more like coming home.

Cons: The mattress was a little firm for my personal preference, though I know this is subjective and others may find it perfectly comfortable. Occasionally, noise from other guests carried through the building, but this is simply the nature of staying in a traditional riad with its open courtyard design and it’s not something the hosts can control.

Will for sure come back again if visiting Marrakech

Pros: We were very well looked after and it was absolutely an amazing stay at the Riad. We were totally spoilt by the tea, snacks and the breakfast. The ladies were brilliant and were warm and welcoming always .

Wish we could return

Pros: The ladies were really nice. They served tea and small sweets several times. Breakfast is nice, and similar but not the same every morning. They keep the riad very clean, decorate with roses, there is a nice smell in the entire building..We could leave our luggages there before moving in and after moving out. No language barriers, they could find the way how to communicate.

Cons: Hammam/massage and dinner are very expensive, therefore we could not try.

Pros: Everything was Amazing. The women which works there are very friendly and helpful, specially Iman. She was super helpful and nice

Pros: I loved the fact the staff treat you like family. They care for you like you are one of their own. Really amazing feeling. They ask you what time you’d like breakfast. They make you feel so special here.

Cons: Nothing. The perfect stay.
