Pros: Our entire stay was enjoyable from start to finish.We were greeted by friendly, attentive staff , the riad was beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and we could make ourselves at home

Pros: Clean, pretty rooms. Lovely, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: Good central location although quite hard to find initially and the back streets of the medina are quite dirty.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Short walking distance to major attractions. Staff went above and beyond in everything they do especially Said who always went out of his way for everything we needed, such an asset to this riad. Taxi pick up arranged by the riad was very good and Said was waiting to take us to the Riad.

Cons: Maybe some fresh fruit with breakfast.

Pros: A wonderful riad! Super location to immerse yourself in medina life and close to many souks and restaurants. Great welcome and excellent service and help by hosts. Nice and cosy room, lovely local decor, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, clean and working air conditioning made it a very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast, good WiFi.

Fantastic

Pros: Staff are brilliant. The facilities are great and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff keeper/ Receptionist helped me with needing water late at night on a particular exhausting day, and he went out and got some. Went above and beyond! amazing service couldn’t recommend anymore. He also provided me a charger for my phone during my stay as my personal one broke before i arrived to the hotel!

A true taste of Marrakesh - Highly recommend

Pros: The Riad was very authentic with beautiful Moroccan architecture and decor. The staff were very friendly especially Achraf who was always happy to help with any request I had. He provided me with directions and information about the local area and even came and got me when I got lost in the souks on my way back to the riad on my first day. The location of the riad was great as most tourist sites were within 15-20 min walking distance.

Cons: Not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Too many cats outside the Riad - I don’t like cats so was an issue for me

Pros: Beautiful riad, clean and lovely decor. Rooms were great size with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great location. Pool was great to cool off and sun terrace for relaxing. Overall amazing value for money.

Peaceful and central riad

Pros: Road julia is in a great location, tucked away in a quiet but very safe feeling street that smelt perfumed (many streets smelt like sewage). Just a 5 minute walk from the souks, a taxi pickup/dropoff around the corner and many good food options nearby. The pool was excellent in the midday to cool off and the terrace offered a private place to relax in the evening or sunbathe. The staff were kind and helpful, often asking about your day and giving recommendations.

Cons: While the breakfast was good, it was all carbs (pancakes, bread, pastry). Some fresh fruit, veg or yoghurt would be a very welcome addition.

Amazing

Pros: The staff were so friendly and always happy to help and go above and beyond to make your time here special. Food was also delicious.
