Pros: The appointment is very well appointed, clean, comfortable, spacious and superbly located for the airport. Picking up the keys was very easy. A real bonus is the WiFi connected TV, high quality, fittings and furnishings and nice touches like coffee and tea provided. We had an early flight so leaving at 6.30AM to walk to the airport by 7.05AM we were checked in and through security and passport control. Perfect

Pros: This apartment is very close to the airport, just 3 minutes walking. It is located in a quiet and safe community with the 24-hour door keeper looking around. Inside the apartment is brand new, very clean. You can find everything inside. The owner he is very nice and polite, that I can tell he is enthusiastic in running this apartment in a proper way.

the appartment is lovely, modern and very close to the airport. Amazingly it’s also very quiet during the night.
Pros: Very clean, modern feel and great location if you have a flight the next day or you don’t want to go far after landing in Marrakech.
Cons: toilet flush didn’t work properly

We stayed to be near the airport to meet the group the next day.
Pros: Very clean and spacious Very pleased to meet the owner outside as we were struggle to find the place but we made it and he was polite and helpful
Cons: Nothing Only one issues was the toilet didn’t flash so had to use hose to flush away.

10 SUPER! OLTRE LE ASPETTATIVE ( da fuori non sembra).
Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto! L'appartamento era pulito e completo veramente di tutto! Phon, cucina super accessoriata di frigo,fornelli, forno, tostiera, bollitore, macchina caffè, scottex etc...tutto con in omaggio tisane,cialde per il caffè,acqua naturale in bottiglietta e merendine. Quasi tutto è nuovo. Sono un host anche io e devo fare i complimenti a chi gestisce l'appartamento.perche non manca nulla e fa sentire i suoi ospiti coccolati con tutte queste attenzioni. Si sono anche preoccupati del mio check in, e l'accoglienza del piccolo di famiglia è stata super e con un ottimo inglese! Dall'aereoporto a piedi 12 minuti e all'inizio ed alla fine ci sono 2 posti dove poter mangiare fritture e cucina marocchina economici. Dormito bene: materassi rigidi e cuscini morbidi, come piace a me Nessun pericolo di notte anche se zona periferica. 10 super! Grazie ❤️🤗
Cons: Mi è dispiaciuto aver prenotato solo per l'ultima notte, se torno a Marrakech tornerò qui. 10+

Pros: Very nicely decorated clean and large apartment with considerate touches like Uno and tic-tac-toe, extra blankets, and waters. It was walking distance from the airport and near several restaurants. The owner was very considerate and helpful.
Cons: The only downside is that there is noise, but it did quiet down late at night.

Convenient location, exceptionally clean stay
Pros: Convenient location to the airport. Exceptionally clean inside. Working class local neighborhood- no tourists. If you don’t mind walking there is a locals Hammam and local markets 1-2 miles nearby, and across the street is a corner store and eatery for basics.
Cons: Neighborhood cats were pretty loud in the middle of the night. Had trouble getting a taxi to take me there since it’s closed to the airport and address given doesn’t appear on Maps.me, Google Maps or Apple Maps - easiest to just use the address of the closest coffee shop. This is a working class if you are a woman/female solo traveler you will not see any (maybe one or two with someone) after 7 pm. Didn’t feel unsafe necessarily, but need to be aware.
