Pros: Apartment is spacious,located very close to centre. Owner is very helpful and sort if any issue arises straight away.

Cons: Bed mattress are very hard.

Pros: It is luxury and fabulous Appartment ..much much better than photos show.. excellent location .. clean and tidy .. owner take care of every single detail ..even tous and plays for kids .. calm neighborhood.. hi standing residential complex .. few minutes from center ..clean and relaxing pool and patio..modern Gym.. parking available .. se loved our stay there .. and looking forward to re visit it.

Pros: Newly decorated, well equipped and very comfy appartment. Although not in the centre, located in safe area close to shops etc. and Medina is reachable by foot.

Pros: Amazing Appartment. Quality neighbourhood and very quiet. Ideal for 3 day stay…

Cons: It is a bit further from Marrakesh downtown but we always parked near the medina so did not really bother us.

Pros: Modern, very clean, well equipped, and peaceful. The property had everything we needed to make our stay confortable. The owner is very responsive and answered to my requests very fast. I know where i will search first when i will come next time to Marrakesh

Pros: A great base for visiting the Majarelle and the Medina - while being away from the hustle of the tourist sites. It was a very comfortable apartment. Excellent facilities. The shop downstairs was useful and has a very friendly owner. THere are supermarkets (Carrefour and Marjane) nearby and plenty of bakeries.Restaurants are a little further in Guerliz.

Cons: At about 7 o'clock, the neighbourhood children played outside - they were very loud. We never managed to use the television. One of the showers had a broken hosepipe head. Hardly anyone used the pool.

Pros: Great accommodation in nice luxury apartment with gate service. Everything was really nice the apartment is well equiped and our host was really nice. You probably need a car or take a taxi to go to the old town. There is a few nice restaurant around if you want to have some food.

Bekväm, lugn och fin lägenhet.

Pros: Har aldrig förr genom att hyra en lägenhet varit med om så välutrustat kök och så genomtänkt inredning. Noggrann värd, bra IKEA-inredning, vacker innergård, ren pool. Det kändes säkert och det var tyst i lägenheten (förutom när de borrade i gatan utanför, men det kan ju inte husvärden hjälpa).

Cons: Det stod att poolen skulle vara uppvärmd men den var väldigt kall. Så det var felaktig information (möjligen beror det på auto-översättning i Booking's system, men det stämde i alla fall inte). Det var 25 grader i luften och då är det många svenskar som vill bada, men eftersom poolen var kall och i skugga var det inte aktuellt. Nätterna är ju kalla i norra Afrika på vintern, så det hade väl en naturlig förklaring också.

Pros: Ausgezeichnete Wohnung im ersten Stock, perfekt ausgestattet, schöne Terrasse mit Poolblick, ruhig, 10 min. mit Auto bis Medina, sehr gute Garage, beste Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, absolut zu empfehlen

Cons: Im Dezember wurde die Strasse vor dem Haus gerade neugemacht, deshalb etwas staubig und khaotisch , aber dafür kann ja der Eigentümer nichts.
