Welcoming stay in a quiet street just off the souk - a great base for exploring the medina!
Pros: Suleiman and the ladies were welcoming, friendly and smiley. The breakfast was filling, it included msmen, batbout, fresh OJ, coffee and tea. Our room was made up every day, with fresh towels, and the water temperature and pressure were good. The double bed was very comfortable!
Cons: Our deluxe triple room was on the small side and on the ground floor, which meant it was quite dark. The room is cramped for three adults (although we did not spend much time in the room so if you're out and about all day, not so much of a problem!). The single bed was very hard (ok for some?) and quite narrow (fine for a child?).

Great locations, Excellent Host, Comfy Bed.
Pros: Beautiful Riad in a really well located spot! Very comfy bed and the air conditioning/heating in the room was great. Soulaymane, who was managing the property, truly went above and beyond to take care of us, letting us in for a late check in, serving breakfast and just always being around to help out should we need anything. He was an incredible help!
Cons: Sound travels pretty easily in the top floor Bungalow we stayed in but we sleep late so it makes sense we heard the other guests having breakfast. The call to prayer was sometimes very audible in the morning waking us up but thats what you get staying so close to everything.

Pros: Besides the very central, but quiet, location, it was the staff, that made this place feel like ‘home’. They were very helpful and accommodating, making me an early breakfast one morning, organizing transport to the airport and being ready to help out in any way possible.

Feels like home.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop terrace where you can chill before check in or after check out.
Cons: Dark bedroom with no windows — but in a riad, that’s normal.

Beautiful riad for an amazing price
Pros: The hostel is located in a quiet street. However, you can reach the main square in 5 - 10 min by foot. Everything is clean. We stayed at other hotels/hostels in Marroko for the same price and none of them were as good as Riad Eva. The breakfast and rooftop were amazing as well. Thank you very much!

I loved my stay at Riad Eva and will not hesitate to come back.
Pros: Very Friendly staff, quiet location very close to the main square, roof top views, good breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom can benefit from general maintenance, some drainage issues, low water pressure in the sink and shower head is very leaky!

Pros: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—he met us upon arrival to take us to the riad, arranged our transportation back to the airport, and even helped us organize a fantastic trip to Essaouira. Everything was seamless, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious! :)
