Exceeded our expectations as did Marrakech.

Pros: Superb location, excellent personal service from Emanuele and Liliya, lovely breafast and all in all the perfect boutique hotel for a short break to Marrakech. We are seasoned travellers, we've stayed in lot of great hotels around the globe and this is really good.

Pros: Our stay at Maipa Riad Marrakesh was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Lilya and Emmanuel welcomed us with warmth and grace, creating an atmosphere that felt both deeply personal and effortlessly refined. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel exceptionally special throughout our stay. The riad is a serene oasis — elegant, peaceful, and beautifully curated — offering a perfect escape from the vibrant energy of the Medina. Every moment felt indulgent yet intimate. The entire team deserves heartfelt thanks; their kindness, professionalism, and quiet attentiveness elevated the experience even further. We left feeling restored, grateful, and already dreaming of returning. Thank you, Lilya, Emmanuel, and your wonderful staff for such a beautiful and memorable stay.

Beautiful Riad, friendly staff, great vegan food, helpful advice.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and provided excellent vegan options for breakfast for us, as well as cooking a lovely vegan meal one evening. Also very knowledgeable with helpful suggestions of places to visit and directions. The Riad was beautifully decorated and we also enjoyed some time on the rooftop terrace in the sun and enjoying the views.

Pros: Absolutely stunning riad with real wow factor. Maïpa Boutique Riad is beautiful — peaceful, stylish, and a perfect escape from the bustle of the Medina. The rooms are gorgeous, the design is thoughtful, and everything feels calm and luxurious without being over the top. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, particularly Liliana and Emanuele. They were always happy to help and making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was delicious and unhurried, and the whole place just has a relaxed, special atmosphere. A perfect base for Marrakech — central enough to explore, but quiet enough to properly unwind. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent staff, very helpful and always there for advice. My wife and I were presented with birthday and anniversary celebration flowers/cakes, which was fabulous. The owners are justifiably very proud of what they have achieved and they should be supported. Great Riad, perfect location and an absolute oasis of calm in the middle of the medina. Thank you both very much. Absolutely fully recommend.

Pros: The Riad is exceptionally well presented even down to the finest details. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The host Emanuele is also knowledgeable about activities and local places. We had a wonderful stay and very happy with our choice.

Magic ambiance and quiteness in the most intense quarters in Marrakech

Pros: A beautiful and tastefully decorated riad designed and created by its owners Emanuele and Liliya, dedicated to their common project. Always the best service. Deli-breakfast. If you get the chance to - do have a Maroccan dinner created and cooked by the hosts.

Pros: we absolutely loved everything about it! beautiful riad. super central but so peaceful! lovely rooftop. and oh my goodness the food was incredible (highly recommend the dinner!) and finally - the staff were fabulous. such a great place to stay.
