Pros: Ayoub and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Anything he could do to help he absolutely will do it. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good and tasty. Location was perfect for us with great access to the many souks and 10 minute walk from the main square. The terrace was also wonderful, completely tranquil despite the chaos of the streets below with some amazing views of the Atlas Mountains. Thank you to Ayoub and the rest of the staff for a fantastic stay.
Cons: Nothing we loved it!

Morocco was wonderful!
Pros: The breakfast was filling and varied. The location was good — nicely tucked away, yet close to everything. The air heat pump in the room kept it warm even though the nights were cool. The staff was helpful and cheerful.

Amazing stay in this authentic Riad in the heart of the medina
Pros: This Riad feels like you are a guest in someone’s home, it feels very authentic, so you get a real Moroccan experience. The staff working day and night shifts are amazing and have been very helpful explaining things. Located in the Medina, walking distance to shops, money exchange, taxis. You can walk everywhere from the riad. Approx 15 min walk to Jemaa el Fna. Breakfast delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the little terrace on the too of the riad.
Cons: Not a major problem, but note they do not serve alcohol. We would have enjoyed a glass wine on the terrace in the evening. As others have mentioned, the narrow dark alley to get to the riad is dodgy, feels unsafe but it’s perfectly fine. We were taken there by the riad’s staff, but I can see why others struggle to find it. The entrance is not obvious at all and there are no signs. Bathroom walls need repairing.

Pros: Mohammed and Ayoub were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The Riad is situated in a great location in the medina, which was very quiet. We also really enjoyed the hammam and massage.

A charming little Riad
Pros: It’s very charming, peaceful and traditional. Very well welcomed, nice people there that are being present 24/7 to answer your needs and questions.
Cons: Not very soundproof so you hear a lot of what’s going on outside your room, especially I think if you’re staying in a room on the ground floor (which is in front of the dining room). But the people that work there are being pretty quiet so it’s not that bad. The mattress of the bed was very hard so not very comfortable.

Pros: Staff was amazing and sooo helpful. Beautiful building and excellent central location while being surprisingly quiet and secluded.
Cons: As other reviews have mentioned, access to the building is via this weird little grubby alleyway - however, we never felt unsafe. The A/C had a weird smell at times.

Nice clean Riad with friendly staff
Pros: Me and my sons chose to stay at this Riad due to is location being Close to square and near shops and restaurants . The staff were very friendly both Ayoub and mohammed were most helpful. Ayoub was extremely helpful and always helped us with directions of places we wanted to visit. The place definitely had the best moroccan mint tea ! Our room in the Riad was very clean. The breakfast was good and fresh but not much variety.
Cons: I had read the other reviews prior to booking thankfully about the alley way leading to the Riad and was grateful i had. The alleyway was very off putting and if i was on my own i would definitely have been quite scared but thankfully i was with my two sons so that helped. It is a real shame as that did spoil it for me but the helpfulness and kindness of the staff made up for it.

Great staff and comfy lodging allowed for a pleasant Morocco experience.
Pros: Ayoub was wonderful and made sure we were super comfortable. He was always available to schedule, help out, or explain anything we needed. The riad itself was very nice as well and allowed us to feel very comfortable!
