Red Vibes Hostel Marrakech

Perfect place in the center, would have liked to stay longer :)

Pros: Staff was very friendly, helps if there is a problem and always asks if there is everything fine. We also sat together a few times in the evening, so it feels more like other residents, then staff. The roof top is very nice and a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or to sit together later. Also you can easily meet new people there.

Cons: Only thing that could be a problem, is that it can get a bit loud in the night when people are sitting on the roof together. So if you look for a very quiet place, maybe you should look for a different one. But if you want to meet new people and don't care about going to bed a bit later, then it's perfect. (For this was not a problem at all and I enjoyed the time a lot.)

Amazing hostel vibes

Pros: The stuff was incredible, super nice!! And a very nice vibe in the hostel. Really close to the center also. Would repeat for sure. Moha was amazing, very careful and friendly with us!!

Pros: to beginning with the staff was so friendly and very welcoming. they greeted us and help us with luggage etc. after checking in we were offered fresh tee and coffe. during our stay we had nice conversation and a comfortable environment. also the tone of the hostel in general is really focused on meeting people and to connect with culture and language.

Cons: over all I don’t really have something to mention that was bad, just that the showers were a little bit cold. because we went in december the weather itself was not really warm. when I wanted to take a shower in the evening the bathroom was really cold, cause it’s openly designed. not really a bad review, but something I wish was a bit different.

Excellent establishment, extremey nice staff, tricky location

Pros: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Ready to provide extra blankets during cold nights, towels etc. They spoke several languages, and were happy to chat casually with a friendly vibe. Generally, an excellent stay. The room was nice. Maybe it could use another table/cupboard to put my stuff, but otherwise great.

Cons: Warm water and pressure in showers were not guaranteed, but that was OK. The location can feel unsafe after midnight. After the markets close, it can be sketchy to walk in the narrow streets in the neighbourhood, especially after midnight. Be sure to follow the main streets with people as much as possible despite what Google maps tells you. Also, the location of the Red Vibes Hostel is slightly off Google Maps, making it confusing to find. Address is further down the street.

Pros: The property is beautiful and just at the centre of Medina. Price is very value for money. The area very quiet which helps us sleep well, the accomodation is very clean and well maintained. Our host Abdlghani is amazing. He is very helpful and very accomodating. He certainly makes us feel very welcome and comfortable. 5star service for his great customer service and doesnt hesitate to take extra mile for his guests.

Friendly people

Pros: We had a really nice stay! The staff was very friendly and tried everything to make our stay great (also for our time after Marrakesh). The rooftop is pretty and the breakfast cheap and good. Everything was clean. Only the shower was cold most of the time and something to hang the towels in the room would be good. So all in all we were really happy with the stay and if we will come back to Marrakesh, we would stay there again!

A perfect location for exploring Marrakech

Pros: We were first-timers to Marrakech and the guys at Red Vibes Hostel made us feel so welcome. The location is great because it is just outside of the busiest part of the Medina - but within 10 minutes walk you’re right amongst it! Nothing was too much of a problem for Youseff and his team and they were happy to help us with directions or recommendations of activities/eateries whenever we needed it. Highly recommend!

Good value for money!

Pros: We were the first guests in this hostel! 🥰 They have very friendly and helpful staff (10/10) that made our stay super comfortable. The room was clean, with new mattresses and pillows and overall fine for the price, but it did get a bit warm due to lack of (large) windows (6,5/10). The rooftop was nice though, and great to relax after walking around the city all day. The location of the hostel appeared a bit sketchy at first, but we encountered many kind people in the local shops (that charged us normal prices for cold drinks and food!), so me and my two girlfriends felt safe to walk the 10 minutes to the more crowded area of the medina, both during the day and in the evening. It's not luxurious, and you may need to be quick to get a hot shower, but the sheets were clean and we got a fan when we asked for it, so we can definitely recommend it if you're on a budget. Pros: Brand new hostel, very clean - cleaning service permanently active at the hostel. Good Moroccan breakfast for a good price. Price-quality great.
