Medina Oasis Hostel

Great,friendly,funny staff, great international community of guest on roof terrscevery clean would 100% come back.

Pros: Community vibe in the evening people from all over the world and people have tea better than going to get drunk in the new town out of the Medina. The staff were great very helpful and nice funny guys who would sometimes.make us tagine, and tea every night. Mehdi and Badir (sorry for spellings) are both great funny guys. The cleaning ladies were also very friendly.

Cons: Advertise for double bed, but they're bunk beds, and single beds are actually double beds it's a little tricky to find the place just don't ask a local for directions as 99% will demand money and depending on the type of person you are, you can pay, blank them or flat out tell them to away (not oasis' fault though. I'd suggest a transfer from the airport then drop a pin on your map app Also 2 toilets and 4 showers aren't really enough for approx 20ish guests.,

Pros: The dorm room was adequate, with a curtain in front of each bed, ensuring privacy. The comforters were thick and comfortable. The breakfasts were pretty good.

Cons: There were not enough locks for the lockers, and we couldn't lock the dorm room, even though we occupied all 6 beds. We had to move to a different hostel for the last 3 nights, as they had overbooked our room. The other place was similar, perhaps a bit better, so it turned out fine, but we weren't offered a discount or sincere apologies for having to pack up and move 6 people halfway through our stay.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, the building was very colourful and always clean , they have a small kitchen!

Cons: The dorm door wasn't closing properly

Stylish and spacious hostel but far from Jemaa-el-Fna

Pros: Nice receptionist, beautiful place, very clean, AC in the room, and the curtains around the beds were a big plus.

Cons: There wasnt ANY hooks in the room or shower! Where to put the towel and your clothes and a bag? Also it was very far to walk from Jemaa el Fna, and especially the last part in the narrow alleys was not comfortable, sloppy untidy spots. But if u dont mind that, the hostel itself is good, I can recommend. 🙂 No small shelf beside the bed to put small items. The banana in a breakfast photo was bought by me then. No milk for the coffee, but it was strong though. 👍🏻

Great way to experience Marrakech

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. This Hostel should be the most popular in Marrakech.

Amazing hostel, amazing hosts very good value for money and close to amenities and sights

Pros: Amazing hosts who want out of their way to help, such a friendly hostel, Google maps needed for getting to and from the souk but hostel had sim cards to buy and when my data ran out they gave me 1gb free! Lovely having good curtains around bed for privacy . Lovely hot shower

Cons: If my messages to the hostel via booking.com could have been handled better ie. The hostel didn't get msg re airport transfer! Shower room floor always wet as no curtain round shower and head had to be held as unable to hook into wall bracket

Pros: The staff were so warm and welcoming. They took hosting incredibly seriously, almost as if it were their religion or custom. I have never had such gracious hosts. Even if things went wrong that was out of their control, they took this very seriously, and ended up cooking us an entire dinner to say sorry. If I come back to this town, I will be sure to stay here.

Pros: L'ambient col·lectiu facilita conèixer a gent i els hosts son molt simpàtics 👍👍

Cons: Està a uns carrerons una mica allunyat del centre de la medina i per la nit pot ser perillós.

Beau Riad au cœur de la Medina

Pros: Très bon emplacement dans la Medina, à côté de beaucoup de commerces et de rues vivantes de journée comme de soirée. A l’intérieur du Riad il n’y a aucun bruit venant de la rue, et la terrasse est très agréable le soir pour se détendre au soleil. Nous avons aussi adoré le petit déjeuné, la literie et l’accueil en général qui etait très chalheureux
